This is the second time I /we have used Sam's Tree Service. After the positive experience we had at our home we recommended Sam's to my parents. In my earlier review we had several bad experiences with other so called professional tree trimmers. My parents job was much larger and more complexed then the one at our house. I met Ricardo and his team who arrived on schedule and went over the scope of work, which included branches over power lines, fences and the house, tree removals and general tree trimming on a 5 acre property. On my follow up all I could do was smile. As with our house they did everything we asked them to do and so much more. The most amazing part was the bill was the same as the quote. In my world there is no better tree service company than Sam's. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others!

Sam's Tree Service is outstanding! They arrived on time, were very professional, and all of the employees were very knowledgeable and highly skilled and clearly enjoyed their jobs. They were very positive, courteous, smiled, and seemed very glad to be providing tree and shrub service. They went the extra step to clean up when done pruning and maintaining trees and removing large shrubs. They even made sure the large shrub roots were cleaned out so that I can plant new shrubs. I have used Sam's Tree Service several times over the years, and each time I am most impressed with the quality of people and quality of work. And, their prices are very reasonable and fair. I very highly recommend Sam's Tree Service!

The first time I called Sam about three years ago, he arrived the same day to provide a quote; I hired his crew then to remove a few dead trees and trim some others. His crew did an excellent job and his prices are reasonable. I have used Sam's services several more times throughout the past three years and they always show up as scheduled, they do exactly as I ask with the task and completely clean up the debris. The men are professional, courteous and very hard working. I highly recommend Sam's Tree Service to anyone in the area. You will be very pleased with the work. Thanks, Sam and crew!

Amazing service. If all companies would do business like Sam does it would make life so much easier. He shows up when he says he will, his prices are very reasonable, and his crew is very professional and does great work. A few weeks ago I had 3 palm trees trimmed and a few other tree branches cut back and was extremely satisfied. My yard even looked better when they left and they are not even a lawn service. They are meticulous about cleaning up. Yesterday, I had a huge tree fall in my front yard. I called Sam immediately and the tree was gone by 10:30 am this morning. Definitely an A+ business!

My oak trees are the focal point of my yard and were in need of strategic pruning so they would stay healthy and not block the driveway. It looks great and they were so professional. I'm really happy!

Great experience from start to finish. Good communication and did what they said. Also impressed with how clean they were. Raked and picked up any leftover debris. The yard looked better than before they showed up. Price was appropriate for the quality of work done. Some of the areas that needed trimming were in dangerous spots that could have caused property damage. Samuel's team was very careful and took their time to make sure no problems occurred. I was nervous but they were highly competent. Safety equipment, ropes, etc were all used appropriately. Very satisfied and will use in the future if needed again.

Sam's was highly recommended from a neighbor. Sam came out, checked things out, and provided a quote that same afternoon. We were just putting our house on the market, so he knew we were in a hurry. He was able to take care of our tree removal by squeezing us in on his schedule over a couple of days. Worked GREAT for us. The team of guys were EXTREMELY polite and professional and the level of clean up they did completely exceeded our expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sam's Tree Service was VERY professional. Not only did they do an excellent job explaining what they were going to do PRIOR TO performing the service, they did an excellent job with sending me the quote and being very prompt when I needed them quickly! I was most surprised with the clean-up! When I have had trees cut in the past, you can always tell with leftover branches and leaves in the yard. Not Sam's! You couldn't even tell they had been there- but for the beautifully shaped trees! I highly recommend this service!

I had a great experience with Sam’s Tree Service. They were able to quickly get me on their schedule for an estimate, and then again to get the work completed. The quality of the work was amazing and the price was more than fair. I will use Sam’s Tree Service again.

Sam's tree service has removed several trees on our property over the last year. They have done a great job helping us verify what trees are dying, which are more likely to fall, how to manage our favorite trees, etc. Their team is quick, efficient, and leave the yard tidy and clean after removing trees. We highly recommend this group for all of your tree needs! You won't be disappointed!

I called Sam’s Tree Service and talked to Peggy, she was a darling, to set up an appointment. Sam came out and we went over what I needed done, he was professional and very polite and when I got the estimate it was way under what I thought it would cost. When they did the work the crew were very nice and did a great job and the cleanup was perfect.

Sam's Tree Service is leaps and bounds better than any other tree service I have used and some of them were pretty good. The bid was fair, the work was excellent, and they cleaned up and hauled up and debris. They even used leaf rakes for the smaller pieces. I could not have been happier and will definitely use them again.

Sam's Tree Service provided excellent tree pruning services for us. They attentively listened to my needs and fulfilled all requests beyond expectations. My trees, once in terrible shape, now appear healthy and vibrant. Their pricing was reasonable, and they even provided additional services for my smaller trees at no extra cost. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Sam’s Tree Service is fast, professional, reasonably-priced, and does an exceptional job. They have removed three large Post Oaks and three smaller trees from my property over the past five years and three separate jobs. Each time I have appreciated their work. This last time, they used the mulch from the smaller branches to fill in several low spots on my property. They cleaned up the area after each job. They are quick to respond to estimate requests and questions. I highly recommend this company and their team.

I highly recommend Sam's Tree Service. I had called other services in the area and had gotten a few quotes. Sam's was among the lower quotes. They were quick to come and assess what needed to be done and once I accepted their proposal, they were even quicker to get back to my home to get the job done! They were incredibly professional and very very nice. Their team was so quick and efficient. When they left, it was like they had not been there with how well they cleaned everything. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Update: We had some more trees that started to dangerously lean towards the house, and Sam's Tree Service was fantastic at promptly and professionally taking care of the problem. This was our second time using Sam's Tree Service, and they have consistently done great work from start to finish. The work quality was excellent and the price was good.

Sam's Tree Service did an outstanding job removing a tree that was leaning perilously over our home. I expected that they would need a crane to remove the tree, but they rigged the tree and meticulously removed it without any damage to my home. Very impressive! Given the severe lean and extreme proximity to the house, Sam's took the extra effort to schedule the job on a Saturday morning to help us out of that dangerous situation. The crew was very friendly, prompt and professional. They arrived right on time, got the job done efficiently, cleaned up beautifully, and then walked me around the site to ensure that everything was done to satisfaction. I won't hesitate to call Sam's next time I need tree service.

This is the second time I've used Sam's Tree Service. He is polite, friendly, and professional. He is on time for appointments and follows through with what he says. There were 9 trees removed and stumps ground; along with dead branches removed. The work is excellent and quick. Everything was neat and tidy when the job is done. The cost is very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend Sam's Tree Service.

Samuel met with us and was very knowledgeable about each tree and explained the proposal in depth. His crew arrived the day of service earlier than they told us (which was a pleasant surprise considering we live in the country and most work we have done people show up late) and they stayed until dark working. The next day they again arrived early and were done by noon. This was a pretty big job. The crew worked fast and had their system down pat. I highly recommend asking them to use the chipper. We now have wood chips that can break down and we can use for compost for years to come. I would use this company again for sure.

We have had trees removed in past by different services and there is always a lot to clean up when they are done. Not with Sam's tree service. With the exception of the tree now being gone and the mulch we asked them to leave, you'd never know they were there. Extremely professional. Thank you!

My experience with Sam's wasn't bad at all, but it wasn't great either.
Things started off well, I called, made an appointment for someone to come out and provide an estimate, they showed up on time on the day they said they'd arrive.
After that is when things started going downhill a little bit. We waited for quite a few days before we were sent an estimate (which didn't seem to be the norm as we had 4 companies come out and provide estimates and all 3 of the others provided it next day).
The estimate was fair for the service being provided and we were happy with the pricing. We agreed to the service and were then told someone would contact us from scheduling.
We waited a few more days and then I called to see if I did everything right on my end and they said I did and they'd be in touch. A few more days and I received an email that said they would be out on [date] and asking if I agreed to that day. I agreed but it still didn't mention a time which was odd to me.
When the appointment day came, my bf stayed home from work to be there for them because we had no idea what time they would arrive. Around 1pm I finally called to see if they were still coming and was told they'd be at my home around 2:30. That was a little upsetting considering my bf took the whole day off and didn't need to do so. There just wasn't any communication.
Thankfully, the team that came to actually complete the service did an excellent job. They were professional, kind and I was very pleased with their work.
when they left they said I'd receive the invoice via email. I got the email a few days later and to my surprise, there was a $45 service fee for using a credit card to pay the invoice. There was no mention of this before hand so it took me by surprise. That's something that should have been included in the invoice to begin with. There was another option to pay via direct deposit that only had a $10 service fee, but I didn't know there was going to be a service fee at all.
All-in-all, the administrative piece of the business was slow, inconvenient, and communication wasn't good. The actual work completed though, was 5 stars.

From the first phone call, their customer service was exceptional. They scheduled an appointment promptly and arrived on time, and did more than I expected!

What impressed me most was their commitment to cleanliness; they left my yard spotless after the job was completed. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and all their hard work on a hot summer day. I highly recommend Sam’s Tree Service for anyone in need of tree trimming services. Five stars all the way!
