We needed some tree trimming and pruning. Sam came out to give us a (free) estimate in a timely manner, carefully explaining what was going to be done and what to expect, including tree health (post-trimming and the possible effects of extreme winter weather)--he was very knowledgeable. Estimated price seemed quite fair given the work involved. Scheduled time had to be rescheduled due to weather and the office reached out proactively to reschedule. The crew was actually able to come out a day before they were scheduled (again, office reached out to us prior to make sure that was OK). Five man crew arrived promptly (with the estimator to go over the job with us so everyone had their expectations set) and got to work! Hard-working bunch of fellows, including one who climbed a tree (w/ropes & safety harness) to get at areas inaccessible by other methods. Crew finished in about four hours, including neatly piling up debris at the curb for city collection the next day--in fact they left the property cleaner than when they arrived! The results were excellent and I have no hesitation recommending them. We'll use them again.

Sam and his team did a fantastic, safe job removing 4 dead trees. They were quick, efficient, and very professional. Moreover, he was able to respond in just a couple days. All this at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely use Sam again!

I have nothing but praise for the people of Sam’s Tree service. They were professional in every way. The original contact by Sam was efficient and down to business. His estimate was reasonable and never changed. Following the initial visit and estimate Sam e-mailed me proof of both their insurance and bonding agent.
The people that came to do the work were very professional, friendly and competent. They followed my requests to the letter. The trees I had removed were large and very close to my home. Both trees were removed with no damage to any of my property.
Before the crew left, the crew chief walked me through all that they had done to make sure that I felt the contract was fulfilled. They cleaned up better than I would have before they left.
It was no fuss no stress experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam's Tree Service to neighbors or family.

I had 4 trees removed. One of them was very large, with a huge surface root system. Sam's Tree service came in and removed the trees, all surface roots, and ground down the stumps. They did a fantastic job, and they did it in only two hours. They were on time and very friendly and professional. The cost was also really good and very competitive with other companies out there. I couldn't be more happy with Sam's Tree Service.

Sam offered a fast fair estimate to remove 2 trees! Ricardo and his crew showed up this morning and did a wonderful job!!!! I will use them again and will recommend them to anyone needing their service!

I called on a Thursday and got a quote within a couple hours. Samuel had a crew out on that Sunday to remove my 60’ elm tree that fell on my house. I got a quote from another tree removal service and Sam’s was cheaper and available sooner. His crews were quick and professional. They had the tree removed that day, and all the branches were placed up front for collection. I am very appreciative of his service, and I will definitely use him again.

We had to have a big tree cut down after the freeze two years ago. The company we used for that was very unprofessional and went way up from the quoted price. I hear this is pretty common. When Sam’s Tree Service came out to look at the stump we needed ground down it only took them about three mins and they said they email us a quote. We received the quote that night. They showed up right when scheduled and when we received the bill it was to the penny of what they quoted! I also really appreciated they cleaned up! This after picture was taken right after they left! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had Sam's tree service remove two very large trees that were overhanging a neighbors home and had been slowly rotting away. The crew from Sam's carefully cut individual branches to prevent damage to the surrounding area. Afterwards they cleaned up everything and nicely piled it at the curb and was considerate of the neighbors parking. Great job and definitely recommended!

We were so impressed! They actually return calls, showed up on time for the estimate and the scheduled service. The crew were very well mannered, safety conscious and efficient. Our large tree, which was close to our house, was safely removed, and hauled to our curb. They ground the stump so well it became mulch mixed with soil. They left a very clean, backfilled area where our tree once was. The fee for the quality of work that was done was extremely fair. We would definitely use them again.

Our palm trees did not survive the winter weather we had in February. Sams tree service came out and gave us a bid. The time came for them to come. The crew came on time and began preparing to remove the trees. I was surprised when they took precautions to not get debris in the pool. The work was done professionally and yet if we had questions we could ask. I would recommend this tree service. A job well done.

Sam's Tree Service is superb! This is the second time that we have uses their services. Our HOA used them to remove a large tree (52" diameter) which was near the nature trail. From bidding, to scheduling, through execution, Sam and his tram was incredible...even better than we remembered! This time, when the HOA needed 2 more trees removed, the crew of 6 came early in the morning to get a jump of this insanely hot weather!! We also added a personal job for tree trimming close to our home. They exceeded expectations on both jobs! We gave referrals to impressed neighbors! We thanked the crews with lots of Gatorade and did our first Google Review to show our appreciation for this outstanding work!!

Sam’s Tree service remove two dead cedar trees from my backyard this week. I was very pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. The tree stumps were ground into tiny particles that mixed back into the soil and refilled the hole. All of the debris that fell into the yard from the dead limbs was raked up and removed. They even cleaned the street around the chipper truck to remove the excess debris and the wood dust that surrounded the chipper when they finished feeding the trees into it. Everything was neat and clean when they left. Looking at my yard you would never know they had been there. I am attaching before and after pictures of one of the trees removed.

This is the second time to use Sam's Tree Sevice and they have always done an exceptional job. They took down some large pines and hardwoods in poor shape both efficiently and safely. They did rhe work I requested and left a very clean work site. They even removed a section of a large pine tree that fell on a fence section that wasn't included in the work. I will use them again.

Extremely satisfied with the timely process, cleanliness and knowledge of my crew. They had a difficult task removing my water oak with many obstacles to try and dodge but they we precise and definitely experienced. Anything that they had to move they politely put back into place. I had Sam’s Tree Service remove a big dead tree that was threatening to fall on our power lines and building. The experience was wonderful.
The office staff, the fellow who came out to do the estimate and the work crew were very professional and friendly.
The crew was obviously very well trained and experienced. Watching them work together was impressive. They were very efficient and very safety conscious. They also left the yard cleaner than it was before they got there.
Afterwards I patted myself on the back for choosing Sam’s Tree Service, I will definitely call them again when I need tree work done.

Our southern oaks were in bad need of pruning. Sam was very helpful answering all questions with explanations. At the end of the job, he came to inspect the work and again answered more questions that I had about the trees. He also told me that if I wanted a particular branch removed after giving it the time frame he suggested ( he wasn’t recommending it), he stated they would come back at a later time to remove it at no cost to me. The men who completed the work did a great job with the cleanup and I was also offered wood chip mulch material from my trees if I wanted it. It was a very positive experience. I did not take before and after pictures, but I wish I had.
