I recently bought a house and found the sprinkler system had one zone not working. Mr. Brett MacNelly from All Pro Sprinkler Repair is very professional and figured out and fixed the problem very fast. The charge is reasonable (actually less than what I expected). And since I am a new house owner, he also taught me many things about sprinkler system, how to do maintenance, fix, and everything. He also sent me helpful tips of lawn care as well. Great service! If my sprinkler system has any problem in the future, I will definitely find All Pro Sprinkler Repair for help.

All Pro were great! Brett and Kurt were professional, friendly and very helpful in what we needed. We had them come out to our house to replace a 30 year old sprinkler system and replace several sprinkler heads to give us better coverage. They even talked me out of something I wanted to do, but they said I didn’t need it and showed me why. That showed me they were honest. We liked what they did so much we had them go to a rent house we own and work there also. Excellent job! Would highly recommend them and I have.

Brett saved my yard and my wallet. I had a nicked pipe which he repaired very quickly and he was able to find every single valve box and my sprinkler shutoff valve, which were all completely covered by sod, without digging up my yard. The system had larger problems than I thought caused by an unrelated plumbing repair and he walked me through my options every step of the way; now my sprinkler system works perfectly thanks to his fast and professional work. I literally expected the bill to be double what it was but Brett charges wholesale prices on parts and there were no hidden costs. He has already done work at my mom’s house too and we can’t recommend him enough.

I realized I had a burst pipe to my pond late at night on Christmas Day. Brett agreed to come next day even though he was staking the week off as he is my regular sprinkler guy. Brett and his team have gone above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. As a matter of fact recently Brett took my call while on vacation to walk me through reprogramming our sprinkler system. He was on the west coast and we are in Texas so it was 5:30am his time and 8:30 here. A three hour difference.

Bad business! I was told there would be 2 people for $125/hour and 1 person showed up. I was later told by the technician that came, it is a $125 minimum - which was not told to me when I made the appointment. Plenty of irrigation companies that do quality work for a more reasonable price!

I called because my sprinkler system was making noises. All Pro came out, tested my system and told me it was good. When I asked how much I owed, All Pro said nothing. All Pro didn't charge me anything! I don't remember the last I experienced that level of customer service.
