Snowing in Dallas last Sunday and connector to pool filter started spraying water everywhere. Our pool company was not open to advise us. Went online and asked who knew anything about pools and in three minutes Mrs. Meyer messaged us and her husband spent over half an hour talking me through draining all my above ground pool equipment before it froze. Took our Polaris there to get it fixed, they did a great job, luckily it just needed cleaned since it was clogged. They were fairly quick on the turn around and even dropped it off at our house when it was ready!
