Our hot water heater went out late at night around 11:00. Our old heater was 30 years old. We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing that night and they were at our house by 9 the next morning, gave us a good price on a new one and we had hot water again by 2:30 that same day. My wife is physically handicapped and on bed rest so certain things have become necessities in life, such as hot water. They were very understanding and professional. Our house was built just over 30 years ago and has cpvc plumbing throughout. It has become very brittle and have had lots of issues over many years. They are giving us a quote to re-pipe the entire house which is something we've been wanting to do for a while now. We will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again. We highly recommend this company.

We needed our water conditioner replaced. David was the tech who initially arrived and diagnosed the situation. He stated he would be back with the new conditioner in two days, and he was. David and Caleb worked well together to replace the conditioner, and service our tankless water heater. I could not be any happier with their service. I highly recommend them

We had the unfortunate mishap of our water heater failing, and continually draining water into the pan and out into our yard. Caleb & Gage came to unclog our kitchen sink. Very professional & 10 out of 10 service. They were able to unclog it within no time & back draining properly. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

David Rice and Hercules were amazing replacing our 2 40g water heaters in the attic. Customer service on point, arrived when they said they would, placed blankets down throughout the house and didnt leave any trash or materials behind. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
