Caleb Hines at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing saved the day when my shower would not turn off as a result of a broken handle. The company was quick to respond. Mr Hines was the first to arrive among the three companies I called. He explained the problem and the fix clearly and completed the job satisfactorily! Many thanks for the quick response in an emergency situation!

We had natural gas leaks in our gas lines. Our gas provider shut off service until it was fixed. David came out and got the job done and did a great job! It was a big job taking two days, but he found and fixed several eaks, after which our gas company came out and confirmed everything was fixed and turned our gas back on. I wish we had called David before calling our gas company after smelling a gas leakage.

Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. My technician was David Rice, and he was extremely courteous and professional. He took the time to understand my scope and provided some excellent recommendations. He was very thorough, and I felt he had a pride in doing an excellent job, which is hard to find these days. I found my go-to company for plumbing needs moving forward.

Our water heater failed over the weekend. David came out late on a Saturday and went above and beyond to get us up and running again as soon as possible. Great work, good people, and a fair price. We will definitely call them with any future plumbing needs.

Hot water heater was acting up so I called to have it looked at. Caleb did a great job and was very knowledgeable. They replaced my hot water heater the same day and did an excellent job.

The technician David promptly repaired a leak at my outside faucet coming from the main to the house and then re-insulated the pipe with great attention to detail. Superb service! The office was extremely friendly and accommodating, and provided us with prompt service. The technician, Caleb, was knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient and pricing was very reasonable for the service received. I will definitely trust them for any future plumbling needs.

The service Caleb provided was top notch! He made sure I was involved and aware of everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He was extremely respectful of our property and left his work area cleaner than he found it. He was running late but the office kept me informed. Will definitely use again.

We had an emergency backup and overflow in one of the houses on our property. They came out quickly. They did an amazing job of troubleshooting. Found out we had a septic we didn't know about. They fixed and replaced the things that were wrong. Everything was up and running by the time they left. Caleb was extremely friendly and explained things in depth. We really appreciated that. We we highly recommend them to anyone.

I called Franklin Plumbing not having had any experience with them. I didn’t expect anything other than a good job, but what I got was excellence from their representative Caleb. He was first class and did first class work. I decided after he did such a great job on my water heater, which he started around 9 in the morning and worked until 9 at night. My water heater is in a very cramped space in my attic, that I would get a water filtration system installed. Again, worked two different days until the job was finished. One 9 pm quiting time and one 8:30 quiting time. Two different days because the filter had to soak for several hours so the filter media did not float up into my pipes, when running water through it. I would recommend Franklin Plumbing very highly!!

David was competent, kind, and repaired my kitchen plumbing quickly for a fair price. He fixed some issues that were not done up to code previously and I am grateful everything is working properly now! He also identified some issues that need to be addressed soon so I don’t get another plumbing nightmare surprise in then future. Highly recommend and will use this company again for any future plumbing needs!
