Had the opportunity to have a technician from Mountain Top come check my A/C, I was having issues with my house cooling down with this Houston heat. Within minutes the tech found a leak in the line that connects to the outside unit. He showed me the leak and fixed it right away! the technician showed great experience which was a plus! He was obsoletely professional and very honest when explaining the problem with the unit. I was very pleased with the service for sure!

I was so impressed with there cleanliness and professionalism from Putting down drop cloths to picking up every piece of trash.our install was done in one day!!! take it,they changed all of our duct work and the equipment we had so much dust in our home it was a nightmare thanks to mountain top we can breathe again. We had issues with our AC not cooling. We calledMountain Top and they were able to come out the same day. We had great service and Ivan is very professional. I will never, ever use a different A/C company. Ivan is the absolute best!!! Our power was out for 9 days because of Beryl. We were miserable because our A/C wouldn't run on the generator and when the power came back on, we realized something was wrong with the unit. Ivan came out and gave us an HONEST evaluation, and took the time to see if the part that was needed would be under warranty. This storm was so expensive for us already and Ivan could have taken advantage of us, but he did not. He SAVED us money when so many others were trying to take advantage of us.
