We were looking to have our AC system replaced recently. Joe came out the same day as contacted and presented a very competitive quotation. Joe and Justin came out as scheduled, worked through a few unforeseen issues to replace our AC system, while still honoring the original quote. Quality work and friendly attitudes at a great price!

We discovered our AC wasn't working upstairs, at bedtime. I called Allied and they had someone here first thing in the morning. Right on time. Quick, concise and reasonably priced! They verified that the part was covered by insurance and I would definitely use them again.

Justin came out and replaced my HE blower motor in my A/C for $2k cheaper than what John Moore quoted me for. He also fixed some other minor things free of charge.

I called originally to get a quote on a new system as mine was showing signs of quitting fairly soon. John Bartlett was the tech from Allied who pointed out that the system is in pretty good shape, did some diagnostics and made some modifications in drain lines and furnace housing that made water drainage work correctly and reduced noise. So I can say that honesty is a rare commodity in the AC business and when I do replace my system I will use Allied.

We had 2 trucks come to a very simple issue. They were professional, they were prepared and at the end of the review they presented an in-depth report and recommendations. I can’t say more about this company other than they are professional, communicate well and have unbeatable prices. I will use them in the future.

my 15 year plus a/c stopped cooling. called Allied Air to come out the next day for service. Justin and Jacob arrived promptly and diagnosed that my blower fan was a goner. Replaced the fan, checked out some concerns I had with my attic unit, answered my many questions and never tried to add unnecessary repairs or sale pressure for a new unit. I inquired about the cost of a new unit, which Justin quoted in writing, again with no pressure. Prompt, professional and affordable. I highly recommend Allied!

Exceptional service and as others have mentioned, fair price and no un-necessary up-sale or procedures ever mentioned! Communication with dispatch was awesome and the techs Justin and Ethan were nothing less than professional. The problem with our A/C was not obvious but nevertheless, Ethan quickly recognized and nailed the issue within minutes. Justin figured out the fix and we were in business in no time. After a few years of Allied taking care of our ancient AC and heating, we had the replace the whole thing today. As with their prior service work, the change out / upgrade was done very professionally with minimal disruption to our day. Great work by John and the crew. We will obviously continue to use them for all our AC and heating needs.

I just want this company to know. You have the best people working for you. They came out as soon as they could troubleshoot the problem. Went back called the manufacturer found parts under warranty. Gave me a great price to fix the issue. From the manager to the technician, great people. I have used other a/c companies, but this one i will keep.

Phenomenal experience with this company. Very ethical, efficient and hard-working. Solved our air conditioning problems quickly and for thousands of dollars less than what we had been quoted by the blue and yellow company in the Woodlands.
