Excellent service. My heat went out during the night called them this morning and they were here within an hour. And fixed my heating system. Went over everything with me and explained what was going on. Very reasonable and have an excellent maintenance program.

He was thorough and pleasant to interact with, and I learned a few things about my system through the photos and report he provided. Technician Jackson was great. Very personable and professional. He took the time to explain the maintenance I can do quarterly to prevent the problem from recurring. The service was more expensive than I was expecting, but so is all such work these days. If we have to pay those prices anyway, at least with Affordable Air, you get quality work, friendly service and pointers for prevention. This company inspires trust.
