Best company I’ve worked with in a long time!
Luxury Air installed a new system for us a few months ago. They included 2 years of seasonal checkups. At a regular checkup I mentioned a concern with humidity levels, they took my concerns seriously and sent 2 top-notch technicians (Lonnie and Matt) to check everything out. They found an unusual situation and corrected it. The word “warranty” actually means something to this company. From the friendly professionals who answer the phone to knowledgeable technicians who give you peace of mind about the quality of the air in your home- Luxury Air is serious about customer service!

Prompt friendly service, and most importantly saved us a ton of money- our 2nd estimate was 10x Luxery’s estimate, plus the technician went out of his way to discover the part we needed was still under warranty, when the other estimate didn’t even check. Definitely recommend!!

Julio is a professional of the highest standard. Polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend this company after a long term business relationship. Excellent service for both commercial and residential.

We found out about Luxury Air through family, and we love them! We love how professional they are, and they always get back to us quickly. Last summer, we had some issues with our AC unit, and they fixed it for us, and we've been happy with it ever since. We also love their AC maintenance plan- they help schedule both the AC check in the spring, and the heater check in the winter, which I love because that's one less thing for me to think about.

Lonnie with Luxury Air diagnosed my master bedroom air flow issue and replaced a zone damper control motor to resolve the problem He was very knowledgeable and professional. Lonnie recommended the Peak Performance Plan to maintain my system and save money long term.
Luxury Air has been my "go to" HVAC company since 2002.

I had Julio out here for my heating unit inspection and he did a great job, very professional. Everything was good! He also spotted a corroded copper joint on my water heater and that allowed me to get their plumber out here before I had a big mess. Thanks, Julio.

Cute puppy pictures added for more effects! This is the second time we have called out Luxury air however, we have only used their services once. The first was for a complete install 2?years ago and we ended going with the cheaper company - BIG mistake!!! We now have issues with the brand new system that COULD have been from the installer. Trying to save, we ended up spending what we saved on this repair. You live and you learn! Luxury was very timely and kept in contact regarding aany and everything. The people who answered the phone, to the techs who came out to our house-ALL top notch folks! We will continue to use them for our needs! Thank you!!

Tanner was an excellent technician! Very knowledgeable and patient in explaining AC systems to us etc and took his time to complete all tasks even though it was after 8 pm when he left! He replaced parts as well which he could have opted to do the next day but he stayed to finish the job! We really enjoyed him!

My refrigerant line and coils were freezing up. Had 3 techs guys go out and all said different things with assumptions not being sure what the real issue is. I would say that if you are going to be calling them for the above issue try another company because you might end up paying money and the problem will not get fixed.

Luxury Air was great - an actual person called me back inside of 5 min, they were professional, empathetic and helpful. I had my AC go out in a Saturday midday and they had someone to me in 3 hours who was here for 2 hours and fixed it - Lonnie was an excellent technician and I’m so thankful for the work they did today. Very professional organization, great service, well-priced. Highly recommend!

We have used “luxury air” for both of our properties, for various reasons, including an emergency situation of water leaking through a ceiling. They offer great customer service, fast response time, fair pricing, and very knowledgeable technicians. My husband and I highly recommend this family owned business.

Luxury Air performed a seasonal check-up on my system (that they installed for me a while back) today. I appreciate how the company sends a short bio about the technician who will be entering your home. Lucky me, Lonnie came out again to make sure my system was in tip-top shape for the summer. He cleaned and ran diagnostics on my system. He was on time, courteous and had great communication. I highly recommend this company. In all of my years using them, I've never had a bad experience.

Tanner was an awesome tech. So very helpful & knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Professional but still so friendly! Any more work needed I will request him as the tech to come out!

Devin was my technician that came out and it showed his 35 years of experience. He did not try to upsell me on this that and the other like a lot of these other companies do. He went above and beyond and I would definitely Recommend Luxury Air and asking for the old guy Devin :) as he referred to himself.

Today I had a service check up done by Jason M. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with the explaining everything he did. Luxury Air is a company I would recommend without hesitation based on their excellent employees!

Tanner did a great job in explaining the problems that we are having. We had roof repairs and they disconnected vents, Tanner went out of his way to try and fix the problem. Also need to say, that Tanner was professional and I felt comfortable with him in my home.

Awesome all around experience. Called at 1pm. Lindsey got us scheduled for that afternoon at 5pm. Tanner arrived even earlier to safe us. He was quick, professional, and done in under an hour. Our house is cool again. Yay!
