We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Tanner and Guillermo did an inspection to assess our units. They were very helpful and explained everything in detail as to what was needed! They were prompt and professional. We decided to have Luxury air install new units. The technicians were prompt and professional and pleasant as well. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names. Julio was the supervisor that reviewed their work. He explained the paperwork as well. He too was professional and answered my numerous questions . It was a pleasure to do business with Luxury Air!

Devin came to service my air conditioner. The job was completed to my great satisfaction. Devin is very knowledgeable as well as super nice guy and I enjoyed meeting him. I've used other HVAC companies over my 38 years here in the Woodlands, but Luxury HVAC is by far the most excellent. Great prices, friendly, prompt and professional service. I couldn't ask for more!

I have used Luxury for many years and highly recommend them .They are honest, and totally trustworthy. Today I had four installers here for Less than five hours. It was a big job that I was not looking forward too. A replacement of my central air and furnace as well as a new water heater with all kinds of updates added. Alex, Lazaro, and Roy did the installation and Jason did the water heater. All very nice professional individuals that go out of their way to keep things clean and do a great job of cleanup afterwards. This company is truly great to work with.

If you are looking for a trustworthy HVAC company for your home or business, I can highly recommend Innovative Cooling and Energy Solutions! We have worked with Michael Henry for several years whenever we needed to have our AC units serviced at our previous house. When we decided to build our new home, we knew he was the one to call. My husband and I had a log home shell built and requested a bid from ICE to install the entire HVAC system. My husband is a mechanical engineer and provided specifications on the units he wanted. Michael reviewed the specifications and advised us that the unit that my husband specified was actually larger than what we needed and recommended a smaller, more efficient unit that would save us money on the purchase of the system and also on our monthly electricity bill. He also suggested installing three zones in the house that would allow us to manage the temperature in different areas. We’ve been in the house two years and the unit is working great! As for commercial work, the office building I work in recently had a water leak in our hallway that seemed to be coming from the HVAC mechanical room. I overheard the building manager and the maintenance supervisor discussing that they AC company they use had been out twice and couldn’t find the source of the leak. I suggested they call Innovative Cooling and Energy Solutions and a few days later I saw the building manager in the hall and she thanked me profusely for the referral. She said that Michael did more in the first 15 minutes that he was there than the previous company had done the past two years! She also said that he had made several cost saving suggestions that she really appreciated! It is very rare these days to find a company that knows their business, is reliable and saves you money!

He is right about the gate and my wife didn’t answer. She wasn’t the one who schedule it I was. He said he didn’t have my number which he did I texted him Friday the message was read and I called him multiple times from my number so he had my number. I called him to reschedule he said he would call me back never did. I even offered to pay more for my mistake on the gate which he said he only waited 15 minutes not 30. This also would of been his second time out to fix my freezer to charge me a 95 dollar service charge just in a 5 day span. I called another company they came out the same day and found a leak within 10 minutes of being here and fixed the problem. Only charged 75 an hour versus 95.

I had Carls Quality Cooling and Heating install a new HVAC unit in my home approximately 2 years ago. I have been nothing but pleased every time I deal with them. It has been a delight to do business with them and I plan on continuing. It’s hard to find a company with this amount of customer service these days in my opinion. Today, Jhoely came out to do my fall check up. He was very courteous as all their employees are since I’ve been dealing with Carl’s A/C, so no surprise there. Jhoely however went above and beyond today and I am so very grateful! He pointed out an issue with my natural gas line that runs next to the A/C unit in the attic that could have quite possibly saved my home from fire but more importantly my families life. He absolutely could have just done his inspection on the A/C unit and moved on. I will be forever grateful to him and absolutely continue to use this outstanding company for all my future HVAC needs!

I had a mini-split heat pump installed by Carl’s Quality Cooling in an attic bonus room that was poorly cooled and heated. Justin was the first to come out to assess the project and make a recommendation. He was knowledgeable, thorough and able to answer all of my questions. Kagan and Carl were the installers and I am very happy with their work. They were friendly and efficient, everything was neatly done and they cleaned up well upon completion. I recommend these guys!

I had a great experience with the employees from Carl’s AC COMPANY. Justin was very thorough in explanations and Jordan was equally knowledgeable and was so helpful. The level of service was great and I would definitely recommend them. They were prompt and so friendly.

We had them replaced our AC about a year and a half ago. Every employee that I have dealt with especially Wes has been amazing! Any issues we have or questions are very quick to respond and very reasonable on pricing. I feel like they truly care about you as a customer. Very friendly customer service when I called in my problem. The service tech arrived within a few hours, called to let me know when he was headed towards my location. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.
He diagnosed the problem and corrected it quickly. I would definitely recommend them.
