Martin came today and did our spring service. Changed filter, cleaned fans, and made sure everything is up to par. Showed me all if the electrical readings, to show capacitors are good and photos of the system. Nice guy. Personable. Lived up to the character that Jehu and Affordable Air Repair emulates. Highly recommend. Best in the business.

We had Martin out today to clean the duct and vents to our dryer. He did several passes on the outside of our home asked me to restart our dryer and when it gave us an error again he came in and troubleshoot. What was the problem after making over 10 passes inside he got a very large Different amounts out of out ducts. Martin was very thorough and truly tell that he cared about the quality of his work. We will definitely be calling them back out to service the rest of our ductwork and we will be signing up for their maintenance program.

My AC went out so I called Luxury Air, LLC and got an immediate appointment for the same morning. My unit is just shy of 5 years old. I have a 10 year parts warranty. The technician fixed the issue, which fortunately was only cleaning out the drain pipe and pan, then he checked out everything else. I have a service plan, so for $16.58/mo I got my AC fixed and maintenanced with no diagnostic fee. I also get twice yearly complicate maintenance, and never have to pay a service visit fee. The company is very professional and caring about their clients. The technicians are good, knowledgable and take pride in their work..

My technician, Lonnie and an assistant was on time and extremely courteous during the home visit. They were very detailed in their inspection of my systems. They crawled all over my attic looking at my ductwork. They even called a senior tech to consult on an issue with my system. I will be using this company again for future work.

Woke up early, early morning to a very hot upstairs. Husband was supposed to look at it this morning but forgot before he went to work. Asked me to look at the compressor units outside. The minute I did, I could see one had a big problem because the fan had fallen off and some other stuff had become disconnected inside there. Called Luxury Air, who we've been using for a while now, about 2:00pm and they said they would be out today after 5:00. They came, they fixed it and they're always so nice and polite and helpful. Since it was a fan issue and it had been worked on not too long ago, they didn't charge us at all.

Had two Soft Start kits installed on our AC units. They accommodated our schedule, making everything seamless to us. Great job.

I contacted Luxury Air for a “ no heat” problem today with my system. Jennifer was very courteous and quickly verified my address and informed me a technician would soon be dispatched to my residence. Within 10 minutes of placing my call, technician Lonnie phoned me to let me know he was in route to my residence. Lonnie was very professional and quickly went to work on my system. What really impressed me was how well Lonnie kept me informed during the process and within 20 minutes Lonnie had my system up and running again. Quality customer service such as this is a rare thing to find these days and these guys hit a home run!

Great people, response time is great but purchased new AC/Heat unit in June and have had continuous issues with the system (6 times). Not happy with the System that was installed at all. Repair guy just left repairing 2 hrs ago bc our heat wasn’t working and now I have a System Failure Alert on thermostat.
