Chris and his team installed a split AC system in the garage. The ceiling is tall enough that I was able to install a basketball goal, so now the kids and I are able to play some basketball after dinner in an AC environment. They did a great job on sizing the unit, communicating about the installation window, and doing quick work. I'll use them again.

Our A/C went out on a Friday evening and we called about 10 different A/C companies and no one would come out for 2 days. We got ahold of Air Houston Mechanical and they sent someone out right away and had our A/C working within 30 minutes. Highly recommend

This is the second HVAC system they’ve replaced for us. The crew were all pros and made short work of it. In four hours the work was done and they were gone. They then sent a second crew to QC the work. I was completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

They responded quickly to my urgent call and David the repairman knew very well what he was doing, he got the AC back to work in no time. He even gave some tips to keep the house cooling faster. I simply requested a Spring check up on my AC, as I have done for the past 10 years. In the past I would request a Spring check up, someone would come out, complete it and I would pay for the Spring and Fall check ups. This time when I received the invoice, via email, I as charged $350 for a Maintenance Agreement. I did NOT request a Maintenance Agreement nor was I asked about it. I contacted the office and the lady said she would check and call me back. She didn’t. I replied to the invoice email asking why it was $100+ more than in the past and her reply was everything has gone up. I have used Air Houston Mechanical for 10 years. But it’s time to find a more affordable company as well as one with good customer service.

I wouldn’t trust our AC or Heating needs to any one else except for Air Houston Mechanical. Chris and his team are knowledgeable, professional and pricing is fair. Bailey, our favorite service person, is the best.

This company is amazing, responsive and overall just good people. We had hired Cowboy Cooling (a Houston area company) to put in an air conditioner to keep our Texas garages climate controlled. The system immediately failed. They would not respond to any calls or emails. We are out of state and were at a loss of where to turn. This company immediately stepped up and not only helped us figure out the warranty but fixed our issues and vowed to stand behind us with any future issues. This will be the only company we use for all of our air conditioning needs. Which are many in southern Texas heat. They are just good people. I recommend without reservation. The world needs more companies with a moral compass like this one!

These guys did a great job taking care of my AC that wasn’t working. I have used them multiple times with great results. They are my go-to AC guys and will continue to use them. Kenny and Chris are professional, responsive, and helped with everything I asked for. Highly recommend these guys!
