I highly recommend this company.
Took a while to order parts (not their fault). I wish they could have supplied a "temporary" cooler of some type, since it was sooo hot and still under Warranty.
The office personnel and technicians were courteous. I appreciate and found their work efficient and complete. Our AC is working nicely (thank God) again.

Chris and Bailey have serviced our old unit and just installed our new one. I have zero complaints with their service. Bailey is the usual service tech and is always great, but they had a few more guys out to do the install and all of them were a pleasure to interact with. They were all very courteous. I will suggest Air Houston to anyone needing HVAC work.

I was able to schedule a routine annual maintenance of both AC and furnace easily. Technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He explained his procedures and answered all my questions. I immediately put a reminder in my calendar for next year!

I recently had Air Houston Mechanical LLC come out to inspect my heater, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They were prompt and polite, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, they provided valuable feedback on ways to improve our energy consumption, which I really appreciated. Air Houston was great! Chris answered my call on Sunday and we set up a Thursday appointment. Jeff showed up exactly on time. Fixed our issue quickly and we were charged a fair price. Can’t ask for more than that!

The AC technician came out very polite and professional. He found the problem within about 10 minutes fixed it great company. Recommend everyone to use them.

Bailey was great. Came within an hour and quickly diagnosed the issue. Explained how it worked and replaced the part to get my AC working again. Will definitely use the service again if needed.

I had an appointment scheduled with this AC co.
I scheduled the appointment at 11 AM this morning cause I’m off this day and at 9:30 AM They called but neither wife nor I were home and wouldn’t be home till 11. They said they would be back at 11 which was the original scheduled time.AT 1130 I didn’t hear from them so I called and they said it wouldn’t be till at least another hour now , that’s unprofessional and I Cancelled the appointment.

Sounds like they didn’t care.

****Quick follow up to the above negative review. After a few hours, the owner Chris called me and apologized. Said he inadvertently scheduled the wrong time and a technician got caught up on another job. Things happen the fact that the owner reached out and apologized and owned the mistake made me change his review, and he offered to wave the service visit fee if I use him for future service.

Joel Castaneda with Air Tech of Conroe came to do service call for air conditioner that quit working. He was very thorough, prompt, and courteous. He explained the ac problem very well to me and what is needed for repairs. Very pleased with technician Joel Castaneda Jr!!

I was very satisfied with Dustin. He was very knowledgeable & explaining a number of things that I had questions about. He went beyond his duties by pouring vinegar into my a/c line and changed batteries in my thermostat.

Isaac was knowledgeable and thorough and feel really good he came out and checked out everything, adjusted to get them into the right testing thresholds and even some maintenence that will save us thousands of dollars in the long haul, as long as we act accordingly to his recommendations of service! From the minute Dana pulled in my drive way I was greeted with a smile taking the time to see how I was doing and finding out the problem!,
He took time to listen to see what was going on then off to work!
he was very very thorough checking all the system out.
I have had people in the past look at the System they complain because they did not like my 5 zone Seville mini split systems!!! Not Dana he was very upbeat and happy to help in my book he did above and beyond what other have done!!!
from now own Dana will be the only one that will work on my system!!!!!

This is my second time using Air Tech of Conroe. We returned from being out of town to find our ac stopped working and the temp climbing quickly. I called Air Tech and the tech arrived under an hour. He dx and fixed our problem in less than 2 hours. Tech Dustin was friendly, explained everything and answered all our questions. Both our experiences with Air Tech has been really great and we can’t recommend them enough. Reasonably priced, fast and friendly!

Dustin T. was a fantastic technician and representative of a highly professional and efficient company. Both he and the company had great communication before, during, and after the appointment and were a pleasure to work with.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company’s pricing is beyond shady. They quote me one amount over the phone, but once the technician showed up, the price magically increased by several hundred dollars with no clear explanation. Every question i asked was answered with “that’s just how it is,” which tells me they either dont know what they’re doing or they’re just hoping the customer will just by buy a new system.

On top of that, the technician didn’t seem confident in anything they were doing. They kept “checking with the office” every couple of minutes and still couldn’t give me a straight answer. I honestly dot think they’re properly trained.

After all that, the issue still wasn’t fixed I ended up calling another company who solved the problem in under 20 minutes.

Save yourself the headache- spend your money somewhere else.

PS Don’t tell them that your system is over ten years old on the phone, they won’t fix any problem and just push for you to buy a 20,000 dollar AC unit.
