Joel was so nice, and very good at explaining to me the way my hvac worked. He explained to me how some components can influence the humidity levels in my home which were of concern. Im glad he came because in just the short time he was here and the small adjustments he made my humidity dropped down 4%

Credit where it’s due: Air Tech responded quickly and came out on a Sunday, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience went downhill fast.

The technician, Rory, spent less than 5 minutes in my attic and delivered the “bad news”: a leaking coil (with oil supposedly everywhere) and “mold” due to “improper dehumidification.” He then presented two options: an $8,000 coil replacement or a $20,000 full system replacement.

I got a second opinion the next day from a well-known competitor. They spent ~30 minutes diagnosing with a leak detector, confirmed a leak, found no mold, and identified air leakage/condensation issues in the plenum that explained the mildew. Their pricing was roughly half of Air Tech’s—both for a coil replacement and for a full system.

I ultimately replaced the system with a professionally installed American Standard unit at a reasonable price. Moral of the story: if Air Tech is your first call, make sure your second call is for a second opinion—because my Air Tech estimate came with a side of Chicken Little

I recently had Air Tech of Conroe come out to inspect our air vents after a home remodel. The technician called ahead to let us know he would be arriving early, was very professional, thorough, and clean. He took detailed photos, explained everything clearly, and helped us understand our options. In the end, he advised that cleaning wasn’t necessary at this time — which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a company that’s so honest and professional. I’ll definitely be using them in the future when the time comes!

I purchased the protection plan with Air Tech Company. It includes the plumbing, the electricity, the HVAC in the AC. To have annual inspections done for all of the systems under the one Company at the one annual price, or the low monthly price. I found to be very reasonable.Dana was The HVAC and Ac tech that came out to my house for my annual inspection. he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. He allowed me to make my own decision on what I wanted to do. He wasn’t pushy or just trying to make a sale. he even fixed quick minor repairs on the spot, like putting a cap on my filter that the builders did not place one on And anchor in in my thermostat that the builders did not anchor into my wall. with all of his knowledge and years experience, He picked up tips and tricks along the way, and shared those with Me to help me Maintain my AC system. I’m a single mother and I felt very safe with Dana in my home, Getting done what he needed to get done. I would hire Dana And I hope To work with him again.

I was referred by one of my neighbors of this company. Being a first time homeowner you’re always cautious of who you call & let me just say these guys did not disappoint! Very helpful did heck of a good job from Larry coming out at 10:30pm to check my unit out & Gregory & the young man spending over half a day to assure they did a perfect job! Heater went out during this 40 degree weather. Scheduled twice with them two days ago and explicitly stated the job will require two ladders. Under no uncertain terms was this communicated on my end. The young lady scheduling the appointment said this would not be a problem. The time was set for 7:00pm this evening. We cancelled our plans and got off work early to make it home before the tech arrived. I was called 30min before the appointment and was told that they needed to schedule during hours of light. Why was this not communicated two days ago when we scheduled? We now cannot get them scheduled until mid week next week. Zero communication, zero attention to details. and they have no concern for your time. They only care about THEIR schedule. Trust me, you’ll be treated as a mere number. Unprofessional and no concern for the customer. First impressions are huge. This was an epic fail. Obviously, we called someone else for the repair.

Larry has very nice communication skills. He talked to where we could understand what he was educating us on. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Larry was absolutely great and we a very pleased with the company over all. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Justin arrived at our home with a warm greetings and pleasant. He took time to explained what his activities was to carry out the inspection for our heating. Further explaining to us the findings - which was a good report. He spent a little time to explain about the filters too.

We had a fantastic experience from the first meeting through the completion of the install. Everyone involved was professional and a pleasure to work with. Air Tech of Conroe technicians paid attention to detail and made sure everything was completed to very high standards. I can’t recommend this company enough. Dustin was transparent and extremely knowledgeable during the sales and scoping phase. Dana and Brett successfully led a great installation addressing all technical deficiencies left there by the last installer. It was not cheap but worth every penny given the tremendous amount of work and the quality of the finished product. I don’t have to worry about these systems for a very long time. I found my air conditioner not working coming from work on Saturday. I called Airtech, Lerry came within 2 hours and fixed it. He was very respectful with his shoes( I don't wear shoes in side of home) and he also educated me with finding air filter and showed me how to change. I am extremely happy with his work.

I dumped all of my concerns on him as soon as he arrived, and he patiently listened to all of them and went a step further by inviting me into the inspection process and explaining the results from the checks. He felt like an exceptional human-being, quelling my concerns and handling them graciously. He performed checks that I was unaware of and gave me some tips for future maintenance. After he was finished, he left me with a realistic expectation of my current system and reasonable options for expansion. This was what I needed: someone to care about my HVAC system and conduct a diligent evaluation, without rushing through the process to get to someone else or meet a business quota.
