My washing machine went out Friday night with clothes in it. I called Longhorn Appliance
Repair, Saturday morning and Al was at my house by 11:00 am. He diagnosed the issue and went for the part. Came back at 2 with the part. He was upfront, prices were very reasonable and completely honest with us. I am very satisfied with this service and would highly recommend this company. I will be calling again when the next appliance goes out.

Longhorn Appliance Repair was professional and provided quick service! They were able to come out earlier and finished the job within 30 minutes! He quickly identified the problem and fixed it at a fair price. Great at communicating everything he was doing as he worked on our dryer. Definitely recommend!

We have a large family so our washer and dryer run continuously. When that can't happen life begins to pile up. I am extremely happy with the prompt service repair provided by Al on my refrigerator. Longhorn charged a reasonable amount for the service call. He was honest about the repair, offered a suggestion to see if we could fix it before he ordered the part. Once the part was ordered and received, he called and was out the same day. I would recommend them to anyone!

My refrigerator was really hot. I inspected the refrigerator but didn't find what could be causing it. I called Longhorn and Al responded right away. It took him literally minutes to find the problem. I needed a part, of course. Al expeditiously found and retrieved the part. Completed the repair in no time. The price was competitive and reasonable. Al was both courteous, professional, thorough, and did a great job. Longhorn Appliance Repair will be my go to appliance repair business.

This was the fastest and easiest dryer repair ever. My gas dryer stopped heating on Thursday night. I called Al at Longhorn and left a message Friday morning. He called back an hour later and was at my house by 1:00. It turned out the heating element was fine but the timer no longer worked. He did not have the part on hand so he went and picked it up and was back by 3:00, done and gone before 4:00 and clothes were drying again that evening. I hardly noticed any disruption in my daily routine, LOL.

They made an appointment same day on short notice which was great. Mr,Andrade was super knowledgeable and knew right away what the issue was and did a quick replacement as well as a thorough tune up on our dryer. I have already passed on their info to the rest of the fam, and friends at work. Affordable,Efficient,Friendly!. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My electric stove top had one burner that was not working. We just bought this house and this was one of the biggest annoyances about the kitchen thus far. Called Longhorn Appliance repair March 18 and Al was sent out same day to see what could be accomplished with fixing it. Al was extremely knowledgeable and kind when I was running around trying to find the circuit breaker. He explained exactly what had happened to the stove top and how that could have happened, the burner blew the switch and a wire in the burner. He ended being able to fix it completely the very next day Mar 19. I will use them for any appliances that go on the fritz from here on out. I cannot explain how wonderful Al was and just an all around nice person when I was being a complete idiot about the breaker. Giving this company all the stars and really appreciate the timely service.

I was frantic; where were we going to find a dependable reasonable price company to send a person to repair our side by side three year old refrigerator on a holiday weekend?! I called longhorn not even researching or even reading reviews ……time was of the essence Al the technician came and I was so grateful I made the right decision in a matter of minutes he repaired it …….that evening the freezer made the first batch of ice and the fridge was cooling properly.I recommend them fully ! Alfonso came recommended. Called for refrigerator service. He was early for a quick scheduled appointment. He performed maintenance on my fridge that was not completely freezing, making extreme noises and refrigerator not cooling cold. He replaced the condenser fan, said it was hitting the case and should be normal again in 24 hours. He left a mess on the floor that had to be cleaned up. A week passed and I told him there was no change. He came back out looked at a few things said a new motor was needed and he'd call back. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard from him. I read and watched videos, ordered the part and fixed it myself. During my research I learned the fan was supposed to look the way it was so it didn't need to be changed and he didn'teven properly test the motor fir malfunction. This service unfortunately took my money without resolution and it cost a lot of money. Maybe refrigerator repair is not this technician's thing.

I called for service on the Samsung washer (which kept thumping during spin cycle). He came to assess, ordered the part, and returned in a few days to install the part. Washer works great! Excellent service and great mannerism.

This is a new Converse branch of another company with 5 stars. Called in for a dishwasher that wasn’t draining and Jesus responded promptly. They were able to come out within an hour and resolved the issue right away. Appreciated that trip fee was credited towards an authorized repair!
