I didn't end up using this company for my 1st floor flood and we should have used them. We called 1am in the morning, received a call back immediately, the gentleman actually came to the home ready to work! We ended up going with Roto Rooter (decision based off a lie from the salmesman told). Later, several friends told me use Servpro for floods! Even a friend that works as a claim adjuster who said Servpro is great!

I am selling my home and had concerns that due to the age of the house, there could be existence of hidden mold. Jacob Velasquez did a thorough job addressing my concerns. The fact is there were no findings of any mold or moisture issues. Jacob was very honest although it resulted in no business for SERVPRO., who is in the mold restoration industry. Thumbs up to him and SERVPRO. They have my full endorsement. Give them a call if you have any mold concerns.
