I recently hired ServPro for some damage control and removal work in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Their team was professional, efficient, and attentive to detail. They addressed all my concerns promptly and completed the job ahead of schedule. The quality of the work was outstanding. I specifically wanted to recognize Mr. Noel Ontiveros for his prompt actions and follow up.

We worked with a few members with Serv Pro as a result of a fire that occurred to our building. The compassion and professionalism that was extended to us by Serv Pro, made the already difficult experience easier to handle.

Janet was kind, patience and understanding, she ensured her crew was at our property on time during our first visit and throughly explained steps to me on the process. Noel and team took great care of the mitigation and called me daily with status updates. April was always willing to answer questions and answer my calls.

My experience working with ServPro San Antonio was very positive. They have an abatement division so they did the abatement of the interior of my house after my house fire disturbed the asbestos in my home. I worked with Noel and his crew. Noel is FANTASTIC! He’s professional, very knowledgeable about asbestos and the abatement process and very communicative about the steps involved. His crew, Steven and Isiah, were very thorough. They worked through some very cold temps in my house that does not currently have electricity. They removed all the asbestos linoleum tile and mastic from when the house was built in 1961. When my house was tested, it passed the abatement test successfully! I would definitely recommend working with Noel and his crew on any abatement issues. Thank you, Noel and team!

Top notch crew from customer service to the actual repair work. Everyone was super professional through the entire process. The water mitigation crew was here within 2 hours of my initial phone call to access the damage and get equipment in place to dry things out. The project manager was involved through the whole job and I could always reach him by phone or text within minutes. The crew showed up when they were scheduled and worked hard while here. They were always professional and cleaned the area up every day. The work was finished quickly. That was amazing to me considering the difficulty of the job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repair work.

We woke up to 2-3 inches of water that flooded our entire bottom floor. This day was the day that Bad winter weather was closing in. We started calling business to come help us. Servpro was the only business that said they would come to the house. Micheal Vela with Servpro arrived. He worked with precis focus and urgency that my husband and I immediately felt that we were in good hands. He worked with professionalism and calmness. He was our Super Herpo during this devasted time. We are so Grateful for him and the ladies Janet and AdriAnna in the office we're very nice and professional. I had a fire in my home. I was overwhelmed and stressed. Noel from Serv Pro made the whole experience stressless. He communicated the whole process. Kept me up on what was going on as the work was being done. Very helpful and informative. The rest of crew were very nice too. I would recommend Serv Pro with confidence to anyone.

Called for a estimate was sposta showed up at 10 the next morning. I had to call him because he was late. Then he said he didn't have my address didn't take it down and then tryed to reschedule.

Very high quality materials and workmanship. Punctual and great communication. Attention to every detail. Thoroughly impressed with the job(painted exterior of home, added some gutters, and replaced/repaired damaged wood)

Spoke with the owner about replacing living room carpet, a couple vinyl planks in a hall and painting multiple rooms. He stated he would come out the following morning to give me a quote. He didn’t show and never followed up with me. I got the vibe that because I didn’t live in Stone Oak or an expensive neighborhood, that my house wasn’t worth his time. Really unprofessional.

Vincent and company finished painting our house in Deerfield today and we couldn't be more pleased. It's a 30 year old stucco house and he handled all the stucco patchwork, prep, paint, new gutter install, and some minor carpentry work. They weren't the cheapest we found, but this is a REAL company, not just a few guys in a pickup truck with ladders and paintbrushes. Really impressed with how professional Vincent is -- very organized, excellent communication, very reliable and dependable. I'm picky and tough to please guy with decades of military service, but Vincent really went out of his way to ensure we were 100% happy with every aspect of the project. Great attention to detail.
