Constraction reviews in Converse, Texas

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with KC Renovation Group. From the initial phone calls to the question, to the final visit to do the work I felt confident the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend using them for whatever needs you may have. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

KC Renovations recently replaced our fence in our backyard, not only did they do a fabulous job, but in a

Miro and his wife are a great team. They did the renovation of my kitchen and did a great job from start to finish. They took their time and paid attention to the smallest detail. I thank you for the job well done.

I’ve been pleased to hire KC Renovations for three jobs. Fixing sheetrock after a foundation repair and painting. Mario and Ricardo were amazing. They would arrive EARLY to get set up and ready for the day so they were ready to start work at the agreed upon times. Rhonda and Aaron did a wonderful job communicating plans and expectations along the way. The work was detailed, feedback welcomed, and extremely tidy. The guys were so respectful of our home by covering everything and removing the covering at night when they left. They’d sweep and clean their work area like it was there home. It’s a true pride in their craft and respect for the client. I am so thrilled to recommend them!

Did a really good job with repairs around the house. The main repair was a leaning fence and they did a wonderful job with fixing that. Only took two days to complete repairs. Fast and efficient! Would recommend. Forgot to add, everyone we interacted with during the process was super nice and friendly.

I’ve been KC Renovations’ client for years, and their work has consistently been satisfactory!

KC Renovations did an amazing job on my rental home. The floors look perfect and the outside work as well. Great price!!!

Had my shower retiled and the manifold replaced. They came out almost immediately and finished within 2 days. They were very nice and professional and did an amazing job. Looking at getting more work done.

We bought an older home. Wanted to change bathtub/shower to a walk in shower. We were so impressed with the job. Did both downstairs and upstairs showers. We have more plans in the future. We will be calling KC Renovation.

Luis and Juan are an amazing team! The ho above and beyond. Request them on your project!

TLDR: Ceiling collapsed in the process of AC repair and everything was taken care of quickly and professionally.

I'm renting a property from KClark and everything started with a pretty intense job to replace the AC vents. However - in the process - the ceiling fell in. Not once, but twice (in two separate places). No one's fault - just unseen water damage that had soaked into the insulation which had affected the ceiling's integrity.

The team responded quickly and professionally. I especially want to shout out Luis and Juan. They were very kind and attentive. And worked insanely quick. But what I feel really highlighted the type of people Luis and Juan were, I kept noticing them staring at little details around the house. Looking for other quick things they could fix. Something they did was simply fix the front door which was hung wrong on the frame. It wasn't part of the job request - they just did it. Unprompted. And it was actually greatly appreciated because the gap was so large that you could feel the AC blowing from the cracks as you unlock it.

So - ya. I mean. Everyone is quick, professional, detail-oriented, and kind! I highly recommend! Oh, and these same two (Luis and Juan) went on to insulate the attic for us. We're no longer sweating all day in this 100 degree heat and if you walk in, you would *never* guess that not one - but TWO - ceilings collapsed.

I am in love with my new deck! Luis and Juan were amazing to work with and made sure I was happy with the work as it progressed. The project manager Aaron followed up and continued to stay in communication. What a GREAT company to work with. I highly recommend!!!

I have had the absolute pleasure of working with this wonderful company on two complete remodels. They were professional, quick, well mannered, cleaned up at the end of the day, and so knowledgeable on just about everything! I recommend their company highly.

Last week I was in a panic when I returned home and found my ceiling leaking after 5pm. At first I thought was HVAC and called Cool Texas Air, I'm very glad I did! Cool Texas Air coordinated with KC Renovations to have my ceiling/drywall repaired quickly and affordably. KC Renovations technicians were quick, attentive, and completed the job to my satisfaction. The price was affordable.
This was my second time using KC Renovations, first time was a few years ago to have pocket lights/recessed lighting installed to replace old outdated light fixtures. They did wonderfully that time as well.
I am very happy with the service I received and highly recommend KC Renovations.

Thank you KC Renovations for the outstanding service that you provided. Kitchen repairs from a water leak was done and Milo and George did an awesome job. I love the door that they installed on the kitchen wall that I would use fore storage under my stair way. They were very courteous and respectful. They tended to all my concerns regarding little things and would not rap up the work until I was satisfied. They cleaned up after themselves and left my kitchen cleaned. I'm a very pleased customer and will use them again.

After getting quotes about some home renovations (a lot of them), I was put in touch with Kevin and Eloy who were friendly, patient, and understanding to what I wanted. After creating a plan of action to tackle the numerous additions and upgrades I wanted, they went right to work. Kevin and Eloy were always in contact with me about the progress and were always available to walk me through each step of the process. The company’s workmanship and professionalism is SECOND TO NONE. They were outstanding in everything they did. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your renovations and upgrades. -Daniel Jaime
