My air conditioner went out at 8pm on a hot August night with dinner guests here. I called Air Clinic from a Google search because they had 24 hour service. I had no idea who they were. They were able to have a technician out within 2 hours. I was amazed. Sam found the problem right away. It was a simple thing and he fixed it quickly. I was very grateful for his honesty because at that point he could have told me I needed a whole new system and I would have believed him. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Air Clinic

I was very satisfied. The service rendered was amazing along with great customer and communicating skills by the tech. The tech explained everything very well and was friendly and patient. I would recommend them to anyone in need of ac repairs

Maybe not all of them are this way but whoever I got was a complete hack. I told the tech the issue and he ignored me not even acknowledging my presence in my own home. Next I caught him on the phone with someone asking them what the blinking light means, then proceeds to tell me the issue is what I told him it was in the first place. This was for warranty work, then the guy tries to charge me for the parts, labor, and service visit because the filter was slightly dirty on a 6 month old unit, then when i refuse to pay due to it being a builder warranty, he leaves my house not doing any work, also with the thermostat now not working. I will be fixing this unit myself, even though it is under a builder warranty. This company sucks, hire someone else.

From the consultation to the installation, all went well, if we experienced a bump it was immediately addressed. Found out my A/C is not working just when it's starting to get hot here in Austin. Got connected with Air Clinic of San Antonio by Lowe's. George and Isaiah showed up on a hot day with a can do spirit. Took them about 30 min to troubleshoot the issue ($89.95 for the visit) and they gave me options on how to resolve. I'm a DIYer for better or worse and ordered a new circuit board. Next day delivery, installed it and A/C is working well. Very grateful for Air Clinic of San Antonio!!!

My AC unit went out last night. Air Clinic was able to fit us in the same day and were at my house within a couple hours of my landlord calling. Mike Eisenhower did an amazing job. He was very professional, kept me updated. It didn’t take him but a few minutes to figure out the problem and fix it for us. I highly recommend.

Came out the next day to service our AC. George was very knowledgeable and offered hints on how to improve our system. Air Clinic has a prevention membership which offers discounts for future services. Pictures taken to verify what her found. Very happy with the service.

Regarding any upgrades or home improvement projects, choosing Air Clinic was definitely a great decision....Mallory, Shayla and the entire staff have always been helpful and accommodating if I have to reschedule or have any concerns...With warmer days approaching, I love my HVAC unit.....The maintenance plan gives me a peace of mind knowing that I can always contact the office for any concerns I may have..... George and his assistant recently serviced my unit and they were awesome!.... Clean fresh air!....George is trustworthy, knowledgeable and he made the necessary corrections along with any recommendations that would allow my unit to run more efficiently.... Had an issue with my hvac in a new build! The difference between my upstairs and downstairs was 10 degrees! The workers came out and installed a damper system and it fixed the problem instantly! Only bad thing I would say is that when going through the process to get everything fixed. The organization skills were terrible it’s like the office workers and the techs are not on the same page at all! Another thing is I was told multiple times that they would reach out to reschedule an appointment to install everything but they never did. When speaking to my community manager she said in the notes that it stated that they reached out to me but I didn’t answer. Which was never the case and if it was they did not leave a voicemail which is very unprofessional to me! But If we were just going off of the work the techs did I would give this a 5 star rating because they explained everything amazing and got it fixed in a timely fashion!

Absolutely great service! Provided a Solaris air purifying system that’ll finally rid my air of mold. My technician Mike was professional and provided me information every step of the install and what each component would do to clean my air. Office staff was friendly and timely. Could not have had a better experience.

Excellent service. Technician was fast and expedient, arrived on time, and completed maintenance check quickly. Two major maintenance items were caught and dealt with - one was a part failure due to improper installation and was remediated under warranty. Highly recommended.

Fast, dependable service. Our a/c went out and Mallory told us that a service technician would be there within a couple of hours. Sam was there within that time and got our a/c up and running very quickly. Will definitely refer them to family, friends and clients.

Called them for an after hours call for our A/C dying at 6pm on a Friday. They got a tech out and within 2 hours of the initial issue, the A/C was back on and working. No need to wake the baby. The tech Sam was very good at his job.

I had an air conditioning unit installed by this company, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. The installation itself was sloppy, with visible gaps around the unit. After the installation, the system didn't seem to cool the space effectively. When I called to report the issues, I was met with poor customer service and no immediate solutions. It took several days for someone to come back out, and even then, they didn’t seem to know how to fix the problem. Overall, I am highly disappointed with both the service and the end result. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, reliable installation.

Joaquin was phenomenal! After dealing with rolling blackouts in the morning from the heat, our AC unit stopped blowing cold air and the condenser kept tripping the breaker. With a 7-week-old baby in the house, we were extra stressed about the temperature rising on a 95-degree day.

We were originally contracted with another AC company, but when I called to request an emergency appointment, they told me the soonest they could come out was Thursday (for context, this was on a Sunday at 3 p.m.).

Air Clinic was the first number we called after that, and Joaquin showed up within the hour! We were so impressed by the responsiveness, kindness, and urgency we were shown, especially after being let down by the other company we were members with for 2+ years. We will absolutely be using Air Clinics next time for any HVAC needs. Thank you guys for helping us out!!

George came out and conducted my maintenance on my a/c unit. He is always very thorough and answers any questions I may have. He is the most trustworthy man that has ever worked on my a/c. Because of him and the owner, I will always use Air Clinic. Thank you George!
