Air clinic has been doing checkups on our AC in Austin the past years now. Special shoutout to Joaquim in particular. He is always super thorough with making sure everything is in good working order.

Air Clinic installed our air conditioner in our new home. We used their services for tune-ups twice a year. We did that for six visits. two of the visits we heard loud banging throughout the visit. Never were given an explanation of banging. The sixth visit technician was frustrated he could not get air filter in due to unit being too low. He was actually going to leave us without an air filter. When I told him I was going to call Air Clinic to send someone to put in air filter he ended up banging it in. This was the first time we were told there was a problem. They sent someone out at our request to look at AC placement. After inspecting unit and calling their office the technician told us that they were going to fix the problem. He stated also at no cost. One month later I called and asked when they would be correcting our problem. They gave us a price of $1400 to correct placement of AC unit. The placement of the AC unit was not Air Clinic's fault. The fault was with the builder. In two years no technician told us about the problem so we of course were out of warranty. We found a company to do the work for a third of their price. I cancelled the second prepaid tuneup for the year and requested a refund on that visit. Paying in advance was required but no contract was ever signed. Four months and still no refund. I read their BBB rating as C- because they never respond to customer complaints. They also upsell products during visits. Read their reviews before calling Air Clinic San Antonio.

Air clinic was amazing at helping me get my ac working correctly after water started to leak from a clogged drain. Liz was helpful and walked me through the steps of how I can try and fix it myself and once I noticed that I wasn’t able to fix it myself she helped me schedule an appointment and got someone out the same day. My technician was very thorough and helped me understand why I have had this problem twice already.

We had an excellent experience with Air Texas! Our technician, Quentin, was polite, very knowledgeable and professional. After performing a thorough inspection and serving our unit, he took the time to explain all of his measurements. The cost of the service was very reasonable. Importantly, he did not try to up sell me anything we did not need. We highly recommend Air Texas. Thank you, Quentin!

We have good responses from Airclinic. Both times we had Sam come out. One was an issue and the other was a basic servicing. Sam was very helpful on both occasions with suggestion on preventative maintenance for us.

Nice job installing heat pump. My lowest bid after getting three bids and I got a better brand of heat pump. We had a billing mixup but Craig worked hard to fix it and stayed in touch until it was resolved. Overall quality assurance check three weeks after installation. The person who came out for the inspection didn’t have the right size filter. He didn’t want me to wait for it to be ordered so he went all over town to find one. I would recommend these guys. Definitely best price.

We had Air Clinic install a new ac/gas heater a little over 2 years ago.
So when we heard a weird noise coming from the ac, we called air Clinic to come out to check it out to see what was going on.
The tech came out yesterday Nov 12th.
So when the tech was here, he really didn't find anything wrong with the ac. But he said he did see an error core for a heat sensor. While he was checking things with his omh metter and a needle noise pliers , he popped the circuit board.
This tech was very careless and should have turned off the power.
So now the company says it's going to be at least 10 DAYS before they can get a new board.
Also, when the tech was leaving he said in kind of joking matter...
WELL AT LEAST IT'S NOT SUMMER!

So I called another ac repair company to fix air clinics mistakes.

So we will also be sending you the bill.
UPDATE!
We had another ac/heater company come out and it's going to cost us $1600, and will have our ac back on within 5 days and not 10 days.
Air Clinic, this is elderly abuse!
No real formal apology for your incompetent tech who shorted out the circuit board, which was working and our AC was working.

SO PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

My new home's heat pump and ac unit has several problems but your service man took care of what needed to be to get my heat back on during our recent cold spell. I am very grateful.

This company went above and beyond, and beyond again, to make sure our air conditioner was installed and working ideally. All employees were kind and helpful. We did run into issues - but the owner immediately stepped in, coming to our home, to assess what happened and how he could fix it. He then fixed it at his own expense. He said he could not sleep at night if he and his company did not do the right thing. He did not have to do most of what he did. Thank you Air Clinic for everything. Now, after all of the effort, this air conditioner works exactly as expected cooling even in the hot summer. You will not regret engaging with this company for your air conditioner needs.

They came to a tune up for HVAC and did excellent job. Recommend to do some repairs and the technician explained everything that needed to be done. The technician did the repairs. I recommend Air Clinic to tune up to your heat and air conditioners, they are real knowledgeable.

George came out today and did an excellent job of servicing my furnace! He was very educational and knowledgeable and was thorough in explaining what he’d be doing and what the findings were from my inspection and tune-up!

Technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He installed the new part and gave me recommendations on how to do little things to help my system run smoothly. He took the time to explain exactly why my system wasn’t working and why so important to change out the new part. Definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends!
