Professional and friendly service from the office, and they were able to get out very quickly to make the repair. They also were already registered with the city and quickly pulled the needed permit - great from start to finish!

All services whether it be installing a new AC, Heat and plumbing maintenance and relocating a new water heater and a new water softener through the years has been done extremely professional and as promised! All the employees with Northeast are efficient, patient and kind to work with. Thank you for your professionalism as “ALL OF YOU” made these experiences pleasant for me. Mr Duff identified our plumbing problem almost immediately and verified it with a testing device. We are pleased with Mr Duff's quick repair work and grateful for the "peace of mind" too.

The install guys at Northeast AC were super friendly, were At my house for a good part of the day for a new install. The team of three guys, were always happy to answer my questions for me without any hesitation. They were knowledgeable, clean,& thorough .

Had a great AC servicing today From Jason Goldstein. We've been with Northeast for at least 15 years. They have serviced and helped us with numerous homes and rental properties here in San Antonio. I have used them for all of their services from AC and heating to plumbing .Their technicians are always on time, efficient, respectful, and fair. Never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Thank you again for the great service, it's no wonder you've been in business for so long!

I recently had my water heater replaced and they did a great job. I had 3 quotes and they were by far the most reasonable and the service and installation was exceptional. The sole reason for 4 stars has nothing to do with service performed, only for the 99.00 initially charged for coming out to diagnosis. If I did not go with the company for the installation I would not have an issue with that. However, since I decided to go with them, I think the 99.00 should not have been charged for a 15 min diagnosis. Haven’t said that, I would still use them, and the installation was definitely 5 stars.

Julian was very professional and personable. While losing your heat when Texas finally decides to get cold is never fun, my experience with this company was great. The price for the parts I needed was expensive (nothing we can do there) but the cost for labor was very reasonable.

I believe I should let their Supervisor should be told. The Supervisor should let the employee know that they are aware of the employee received an excellent review.I think the Supervisor should appericate them for doing their job so well, and with Excellent Service.

I have always used North East for my air conditioning needs and when this leak happened I called them to come fix it. They arrived on time, the technician was nice as they all are and the work was done efficiently. I'm very happy and will definitely recommend them for plumbing services as well.

Absolutely the best service! Jason Goldstein was Amazing extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me and also went the extra mile to clean around and in the ac unit at no extra charge! This company went above and beyond my mother Linda Rebmann said she has worked with them for years and now I know why absolutely amazing and I will continue to use them and spread the word about just how amazing and affordable this company is.

Jason is such an excellent technician. He was incredibly knowledgeable and showed me exactly what he was doing and what I needed to do to keep my furnace in good working condition. He was personable and friendly and I would not hesitate to call this company anytime I need help. I’ve used Northeast many times, and find them excellent every time. I enjoyed Jason’s honest demeanor and had absolute faith in his work!

Needed help with an AC problem last minute. Cool Texas Air still made it to our house even though we called late in the evening. They fixed the issue within 10-15 minutes. They were also super friendly! I recommend them 110%.

A/C went out the night before. Once I got up I called at Cool Texas Air 7:30am, they don't open until 8am. I was expecting to leave an message on a answering machine, but the owner of the Company Kevin answered at 7:30am. I was not ready for that. LOL I told Kevin my problem, and told me not to worry, and he would sent Mike out first thing. Mike arrived at 8am, found my problem with in 15 minutes, said it was a blower, and he had one on the truck. It was going to be a very hot day, Mike worked so quickly, and got my A/C back up and running by 10:15am. Also during the conversation with Mike, found out the company also does other work like repairing ceiling cracks, dry wall repair, landscaping, and a few other things. I would recommend Cool Texas Air for all your A/C work.

Came from vacation to a broken compressor of the outside ac unit. Mrs Jessica made time to assist me and booked me a next day appointment. Mr Richard arrived next day explained in detail everything he was doing. He patiently answered my questions. He emailed my options and alotted me the time to make my decision. We chose Mr Richard over 5 other companies. Cool Texas Air went out of their way to make sure my family didnt spend the weekend without ac. I want them and the world to know I appreciate their work and their effort of a job well done. I am enjoying my AC!!!!

I recently found some mold inside of my AC's plenum and needed to have it replaced. I called Cool Texas Air and Richard came by the next morning to give me a scope of the work that would need to be done and some option with prices. Once we agreed, he began working. He was extremely diligent and did not stop working until the day was done. It was a 2 day job, and he was on time the second day. He worked another whole day until the work was complete. I am really particular and I can say I was impressed with Richard's attention to detail and the obvious pride he took in his workmanship. I feel like he was absolutely looking out for my family's best interest and I now have a reliable trustworthy AC guy on my list of go to people. I will definitely always recommend Richard and his team to any family and friends that have a an issue with their HVAC system!
