As a general contractor I was aware of the "tricks of the trade" if you will. I had several company's over to bid the replacement of my complete A/C and Heating unit. Some companies bid the job extremely high and some outright lied to me trying to sell me items I did not need. Some of the salesmen that I met with knew less about the systems than I did and one even measured the outside patio. Now to why you came here, two companies bid the job at what I already knew was a correct price structure for what I was asking for. Air Clinic and the other co. were competitive in price however with Air Clinic I received a 15 seer system instead of a 14 which qualifies for a CPS rebate, and they included the thermostat that I wanted. I contacted a supplier friend of mine in Houston and for me to purchase the equipment and install it myself would have only saved me $550.00. Ryan came right out of the box with a fair price for the system and Austin and Xavier did a great job on the install. All involved from those in the field to the office staff are courteous, friendly and a pleasure to do business with, I highly recommend this company.

Incredibly dishonest company! Two years ago, I scheduled a tune up through Lowe's, and this company was the subcontractor assigned to the job. That time, they did a good job, flushing the drain line and cleaning the exterior unit, amongst other things. Because of this experience, I scheduled them to do the same thing this spring. This time, the tech came out and walked up into our attic, then walked down 30 seconds later. I thought he forgot his tools or something, but when he started to go to the outside unit, I asked if he was going to flush the drain lines first. He said, "We no longer do that for tune ups scheduled through Lowe's, but you're find because your line isn't clogged anyway." I told him I was not informed of this when the work was scheduled, and asked what else they "no longer do" for Lowe's customers. He stated they also don't clean the exterior A/C unit. At that point, I told him he could leave, because those were the two primary things I wanted done. He thanked me for being polite and told me he had been cursed at by one customer and literally run off another customer's property in the past week, because they were so angry about also not having been told these services were no longer included.

Before he left, I called the Air Clinic office to confirm that the information the tech gave me was correct. I spoke with Cianna, who booked the service, and she confirmed that they do NOT flush the lines or clean the external A/C unit for Lowe's customers specifically. I told her that she should have disclosed that when the job was scheduled, since clearly this is a change from previous years AND other customers are also not being informed of this when they book through Lowe's. She literally said, "That's not my job." She then proceeded to try to tell me that I still had to pay, because the technician drove out to my house. I told her I am paying for a SERVICE, and the service was not performed, so obviously I'm not going to pay. Yet, she sent me an invoice.

Long story short, I immediately contacted Lowe's, who provided me with the service agreement that does, in fact, include flushing the lines and cleaning the exterior unit. They said they would handle things with Air Clinic of San Antonio. I thought it was handled, until I received a request this week to sign a "Certificate of Completion" .... you know, for the job they didn't complete. At this point, I have reported them to the BBB, gone higher up at Lowe's, and am leaving this review to warn others.

This was the first time that I used the services of Airinic and I can assure you, I will be calling them when I have a need in the future. The technician, Sam, was professional, courteous and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me as he did so, and replaced only what was necessary. I will be recommending Sam and AirClinic to friends and family that need a/c or heating needs in the future.

I can’t even say how much Gratitude I have for the team at Air Clinic. I contacted James and he got right on it and within four hours. I had my air up and running even though I had to replace A part. Mikhail was extremely professional did a very thorough job and I strongly recommend their yearly maintenance program. You can buy.

Steve was knowledgeable, he made sure I knew what he was doing and gave me prices along the way. He didn’t pressure me into a sale. Great service. I would use them again.

Appointment for standard service call and he addressed issues outside the typical scope of a service call. I purchased the air scrubber system the same day, and the air quality of my home was markedly noticeable before he even left my house (said it could be up to a month before I really noticed an improvement). Mikhail was trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable. I am really happy. Really really happy.

The Air Clinic technician came and was very professional. From the moment he introduced himself to finding out where my AC unit was as well as where my blower in the attic. He gave me the run down of what he was looking for and upon finding anything he recommended things that needed to be addressed. He was even able to spend a little time giving me tips on what I would need t look for if issues with my unit arose, ie. Needing to clean off bio-bacteria. My service was just an annual maintenance check, so it didn’t cost me much. Plus it was through Lowes. I highly recommend Air Clinic for HVAC solutions.

Craig,Orlando, and Eduardo all did a great job explaining and installing our new A/C unit. Quality and price were what we were shopping around for but their service was better than expected. Would highly recommended to anyone seeking advice, options, and replacement. Thank you!

Couldn't be happier with all the work NE Air has done for us. They are so professional and work well with each other. We had a replacement system put in our home a couple of years back. They now had to replaced all our ducts in the attic. They were over 40 years old and falling apart. They have done a great job. We couldn't be more grateful to them! Anthony was on time and very pleasant. He found our problem and explained it to me (with photos) and fixed it. Then I asked him to do the annual maintenance for both units and he did it happily. I will definitely call them again.

Michael came out today for AC maintenance/repair. He was very informative and explained the issue in a way that was easy for me to understand. Recently we had a water pipe leak at our home.
NE sent John to the rescue. Leak was stopped until the work could be done the next day. A waterline needed to be rerouted through a challenging vaulted ceiling and down a wall. John and Illaura were a great team as they completed the reroute successfully the next day. They were very professional and kept all dust at a super minimum as they had to make two openings in my master closet wall. The original plan was to make three cuts as the third one was to be in the vaulted ceiling. But that hole was avoided by great planning and Illaura was able to miraculously feed the line to the wall opening up in a tiny space in the attic. My husband and I were very pleased with how these two kept us informed of all that was happening. And they took great care to clean up when the job was done! We had a very good experience with our repair.

I can truly say that with all of the locals that specialize in AC and Plumbing issues concomitant of the ones that I have used in the past, this company is top number one to be given that position. Thank you Charles and Jason so very much for making my AC situation less stressful. They came in, diagnosed in a timely and professional manner, they repaired, and the cost was reasonable. Only a few can do that which is VERY important to the customer.
