Very very nice technicians. Restored my faith in the company. Nobody's perfect...but there were bumps in the road which are now smooth again. Northeast has some new employees who were super thorough!! I am very pleased and so thankful they know I have high expectations and therefore the technicians should hold to higher standard and best quality of work.

My furnace would not come on this morning. I called Northeast AC and Heating, my regular AC company. The tech arrived at 9 AM and did a complete check out of the furnace. Now I have heat and my furnace is ready for the winter chill. Northeast keeps my AC and my furnace in top shape. Thanks Northeast!

Northeast, AC & Heating technician, Anthony came over on time. Did an outstanding job, inspected inside unit, tested heat and emergency heat, insured drain was clear and changed filter. Made sure outside unit was functioning properly, and checked freon levels. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'm on a service plan, and recommend signing up for one. I would highly recommend Northeast AC & Heating.
