Where do I start??!! My home was a complete disaster. We had a busted pipe in our kitchen. There was water everywhere. We had to turn the water off at the main line and we didn’t know what to do. I was at loss for words and was so afraid to reach out to anybody and try to figure it out by myself I finally gave in and gave these guys a call as a referral from a friend they came in and were absolutely wonderful. They fix the issue right away and it didn’t break my pockets I highly recommend anybody and everybody that has any issues with their plumbing to give these guys a shout. Thank you again so much for taking care of me and my family. I really do appreciate your help and if I need y’all, I will definitely give you a call back in the future. Thanks again.

If you're looking for a plumber these guys are your guys!! They took the time to explain the issue and how it needed to be resolved. Was given an affordable price and the work was done in a timely manner. They didn't leave a mess either and what little mess was made was cleaned up before they left. I will definitely be using them aging. 🙌🏽

Received fast reliable service same day I called. Was glad to have professional work done by licensed knowledgeable and friendly Plumbers. No more issues after having them out. Will definitely have them out again if ever I need a plumber. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

We have had to use them multiple times while renting from our landlord and they are never on time and cannot seem to communicate. The pipes they fixed developed a leak shortly after he completed the job and we were told they would come back to fix it under their warranty but no one ever showed up or called us back after giving us a time they would be there. All 3 times we had to work with them, he was at least 30min to an hour late and not communicative. Now when we had an issue they should have fixed under their warranty, they won’t speak to us! Would NEVER recommend to a friend!!

Couldn't be happier with all the work NE Air has done for us. They are so professional and work well with each other. We had a replacement system put in our home a couple of years back. They now had to replaced all our ducts in the attic. They were over 40 years old and falling apart. They have done a great job. We couldn't be more grateful to them! Thank you for NE Air for the follow up! You are the best!!!!!

Ralph Flores was very knowledgeable and experienced and efficient in getting the job done. Anthony was on time and very pleasant. He found our problem and explained it to me (with photos) and fixed it. Then I asked him to do the annual maintenance for both units and he did it happily. I will definitely call them again.

Recently we had a water pipe leak at our home.
NE sent John to the rescue. Leak was stopped until the work could be done the next day. A waterline needed to be rerouted through a challenging vaulted ceiling and down a wall. John and Illaura were a great team as they completed the reroute successfully the next day. They were very professional and kept all dust at a super minimum as they had to make two openings in my master closet wall. The original plan was to make three cuts as the third one was to be in the vaulted ceiling. But that hole was avoided by great planning and Illaura was able to miraculously feed the line to the wall opening up in a tiny space in the attic. My husband and I were very pleased with how these two kept us informed of all that was happening. And they took great care to clean up when the job was done! We had a very good experience with our repair.

I can truly say that with all of the locals that specialize in AC and Plumbing issues concomitant of the ones that I have used in the past, this company is top number one to be given that position. Thank you Charles and Jason so very much for making my AC situation less stressful. They came in, diagnosed in a timely and professional manner, they repaired, and the cost was reasonable. Only a few can do that which is VERY important to the customer.

I recommend this N.E. I got my a/c unit repaired. It was reasonable priced. Tech Ralph was amazing...experienced got the job done. I'm a happy cool customer. Your a life saver.

They were called out to fix an air conditioning unit. Eventually, after several attempts, it was fixed. I appreciate that sometimes things don’t go as planned, but then later they tried to charge for both their repair and also a “maintenance special” as opposed to the repair so they could double charge.

I would be wary of them, but I do understand that a good air conditioning company is hard to find.

Anthony T. is a professional and courteous technician. My HVAC outdoor unit was shaking and making weird noises on one of the coldest days of the year. I worried that it had been broken because of the ice/sleet storm. Anthony was able to troubleshoot what had happened and diagnosed the problem immediately. It's great to have the heater working again. Thank you so much for helping me!
