So I contacted Texas Air to perform a semi-annual check-up. But I really needed an honest opinion regarding a 13yr old builder grade A/C system on its last leg. They confirmed what I thought as well as the mold-growth that was starting to spread. They broke down the causes and what actions that I could take. They presented reasonable options for the A/C repair/full replacement and price options too. It wasn't any pressure from them, more so my wife! But they were happy to accommodate us and schedule for a 1 day gut and replace. They did absolutely a solid job in under 8hr and we are thrilled and relieved. I will advise anyone to do their own homework, but these guys you can trust to give you their honest opinion/assessment.

Texas Air Repair came late on a Friday night to come take a look at our AC Unit that was no longer providing cool air . You never know what to expect when dealing with contractors . All I can say is that this man did not have to come out late on a Friday night to help our family out . He could've came the next day to provide service . That alone speaks great character . We were nervous about having to spend a lot of money to get this unit fixed but god sent out the right person and company for the job .
Being in plumbing sales myself I know how hard it is to find good reliable , honest and trustworthy people in the trades , let alone a business owner . Texas air was able to fix our AC in no time with honest evaluations. We will continue to use Texas Air Repair for all our future HVAC issues . Great work ethic. It was a struggle to replace raccoon damaged ductwork in a very, very, cramped crawl space! They didn't quit until it was done or stop and come back the next day--which would have left us without heat on one of the coldest nights so far. Good diagnosis of the problems and excellent solution provided.

Initially, I was told that tech would show up between 8am and noon to check the HVAC system. I was ok with that. This morning, 9-26-25, I got a call, text and email that tech was on his way. The phone call at 7:44am, said 45 minutes. Okay. 8:30 to 8:45am. Well, I made 3 calls to office trying to get an idea, more or less, when he would show up. No call back or call from tech.
You all need to understand one thing, YOU ALL WORK FOR THE CUSTOMER. You have to keep us happy. Terrible service.

Caesar did an incredible job when he came out to show me all the issues with my system and let me know what I need to fix. He takes the time to show you all the issues and walks you through it so you fully understand what is going on before you make a decision on what you want to fix.
Chris and his guys stayed till almost midnight working to get the system operating on the same day and did a fantastic job and left everything spotless when they were done. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for AC service in the San Antonio area.

Sales rep Carlos was very friendly and thorough in discussing HVAC replacement options that best fit our needs, which included a 30-minute conference call with owner Henry Rodriguez to ensure all of our questions were satisfactorily answered. Henry was very personable, straightforward and helpful in identifying the optimal system configuration for our home and budget. Chris and CJ were friendly, professional, very thorough and detail oriented in installing our Trane HVAC system. The entire team went above and beyond from start to finish, and Henry spent hours onsite and directly involved which is rare these days. I have nothing but great things to say about them! My A/C went out and I initially worked with Luis Diaz to diagnose the system and give me a quote for a new one. He was very friendly, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the Bosch product they sell.

The crew that installed the system did an amazing job. They fixed everything that was wrong with the previous install and you can tell by their workmanship that they take pride in what they do. I am very particular and want high quality work and they delivered. The job on my house was a big one, they worked late two nights in a row to finish everything up.

The dual fuel Bosch system has been amazing so far, incredibly quiet and awesome comfort in the house.
