I had a fantastic experience with Cool Texas Air. Mr Leroy and Caleb were very professional and knowledgeable when it came to explaining the problem and solution with my AC. They worked so quick to get my AC back on in the same day. Service is amazing, I would highly recommend their services to anyone !

I called Cool Texas AC in the morning and within 3 hours they were working on repairing my AC. Brandy and George are true professionals. Both were customer service focused. George was on time. His knowledge on AC units was immediately displayed. He knew the problem right away. A true professional. Brandy customer service was warm, willing to help immediately and truly appreciated and professional. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs assistance. When I found my kitchen ceiling leaking after 5pm one evening last week I googled nearby HVAC. Cool Texas Air was my first and only call! Owner Kevin answered the phone (even though it was after hours) and assured me he would get someone out right away. To my surprise he called me back within 5 minutes and stated his technician was 3 minutes away. His technician arrived quickly, determined location of the leak, and resolved. Total cost was less than I anticipated. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, definitely 5 stars. I am incredibly thankful for Cool Texas Air assisting me last-minute, with great service, and affordable price.

The people of Cool Texas Air were very courteous and professional during installation. I was happy with their performance. I have yet to see how they respond to follow up care for repair if needed but hope it's never needed. The AC system installed appears to function well initially, I believe it’s premature to offer a definitive review. Many items perform admirably when brand new, but the true measure of quality lies in how they hold up over time. I’ll revisit my rating once I’ve had the chance to evaluate its long-term reliability.

Cool Texas air sent us the most knowledgeable tech I have ever witnessed in real time. We thought was electrical (which tech said my home was a non grounded home) well my sisters home actually. But , George Clark (technician sent) worked like a magician and found why my furnace was keeping us in the cold and repaired it. He was straightforward and honest and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Had other techs try to repair furnace from another company, but they couldn’t fix. Said I needed an electrician. So my sister called Kevin Clark from Cool Texas Air and they sent us George Clark, who like I said worked like a magician and got my furnace going. Works great now!!! George was straightforward and honest. Did not try to upsell me like other companies try to do( they send you salesman instead of technicians)…Kevin was a real technician who was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Found a couple things not plugged in furnace and checked it all to make sure was all good. Had an excellent experience and will be using Cool Texas air (well hopefully George)again. If you need a real tech , call Cool Texas air and ask for George. I’m telling you , he will fix what others can’t !!! Thank you George!!!!

The air conditioner stopped running during a heatwave. I called for air conditioning repair and the technician fixed a damaged capacitor. The system works great again.

The outdoor unit wasn’t turning on. They found a damaged wire and fixed it safely. The system started immediately. Very dependable service.

I scheduled AC maintenance before the hot season. The technician was punctual, professional and detailed. My system runs efficiently.

We called for routine HVAC maintenance. Their team arrived on time and completed everything carefully. The system works better than before. I would definitely recommend their service.

Our 21yr old HVAC system had to be replace. With the upcoming heat wave we urgently reached out to various servicing companies, including Texas Air repair.

First, out of the 4 companies we contacted, they are the only one who wanted to charge us a $80+ visit fee (for a "free-estimate").

Second, they sent us a young lad who had never done any estimate and had no access to their catalog and pricing. He was very nice and polite, but literally no experience. I would expect that a company could send someone is actually able to make an assessment for the replacement of a $8-15k equipment. This young person had to text the owner of the company (his dad) to actually get the estimated cost. When I asked technically questions about the warranty for parts and labor, he literaly had no idea ("maybe 6 mo" he told me). When I asked a question about the brand, he wasn't sure. When I asked about financing options, he had no idea and had to text to ask. When I asked about when could the work be scheduled at the earliest, he didn't have any clue either.

Last, but definitively no the lest, I asked him to send me the actual estimate (in writing) so I can compare with others and make an informed decision...... Here we are, 3 days later, and I still haven't received anything from them.

On a side note, their pricing (based on the oral cost the young lad gave me), was one of the most expensive... but once again I still don't know what the warranty conditions were and what was actually included in the pricing.

Not reaching out to them ever!

Our technician Albert gave us a lot of good information about replacing our A/C unit. Of the 3 vendors we spoke with Texas Air offered us the best deal. It was installed one week later by Carlos and his co-worker who worked very hard to get the work done. They were very professional and we were very happy with the results. Albert came out to check things over and they arranged to have the city inspect it too. Albert also told us about the CPS rebate. I highly recommend Albert, Carlos and Texas Air.

Henry, Christian, and the entire team at Texas Air Repair go above-and-beyond to help with everything HVAC. Their service is incredibly professional, prompt, and competitively priced. Everybody at the company is skilled and honest with their assessments; they fix exactly what's required to get you up-and-running. We have been trying to have someone to come out to check our outside unit. It finally stopped working Friday night. Afraid to call someone on a weekend due to cost, We had a family friend to look at it, BAD choice. So we made a emergency Saturday morning call, And to our surprise we received fast service at a reasonable price.

Called on a hot Saturday and Richard was out in a couple of hours. DIDN'T Charge extra for coming out to my business on a Saturday...YES YOU READ RIGHT! Fixed my AC promptly and at a great price. He was honest, helpful, friendly and didn't try to convince me to buy a new unit or spend a ton of money on stuff I didn't need. He just fixed what needed to be fixed and gave me some good tips on preventative maintenance. I have used Texas Air Repair at both my home and business and each and every time they have been awesome! Can't say enough great things about this locally owned & operated small business.

Texas Air Repair has an amazing service. I called them cause out regular ac company let us down more then once. They would say they are coming and never show up and didn't call us to let us know. And when I called they wouldn't answer or say they forgot.... so I saw online that Texas Air Repair had a five star rating. They really deserve it. Our tech Roy was amazing. My AC quit working on a Saturday night in August. I called Texas Air Sunday morning and the owner, Henry, was at my house within a couple of hours. He immediately diagnosed it and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Excellent company and excellent customer service!

Compressor outside was not working and in the middle of July it was getting rather toasty inside. A service call was schedule same day. Christian was able to locate the problem and had it resolved in minimal time. He was also very friendly and showed me a picture of the bad capacitor prior to replacing it. I have been a long time customer. I highly recommend you giving them a call with your a/c concerns. Also reasonably priced. Thanks again!

I had an older AC unit that went out and by sheer coincidence I called Texas Air Repair at 5 pm on a Thursday. The receptionist was great and got all the answers to all of my questions. She had Albert out later that night, he was very professional and had exceptional customer service. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my AC and thoroughly explained all of my options. Once I decided I wanted a new unit he offered to have it replaced that night! The next morning Carlos, Bobby, and Robert came to install my new AC unit and they were equally as professional, friendly and also provided excellent customer service. AC trouble is always a stressful time but Texas Air Repair truly made it as stress free as possible.

Texas Air Repair did a great job replacing two HVAC units at my home. Searching reviews online for AC contractors is scary. Most AC repair reviews are at best average across the board, including the large companies. Texas Air Repair had very good reviews across the board on Google and Yelp and they were well deserved! Their employees were all very helpful and professional and were genuinely concerned about the quality of their work. I felt very comfortable with them throughout the entire process. Whatever small hiccups there were they were promptly addressed. They assisted with filing warranty paper work and did as much as they could to help with filing CPS energy rebate. Albert helped make the deal and organized delivery of the units and Carlos and Robert installed. Great crew!

Texas Air Repair for the Win!! Friends, my a/c went out in the middle of July, and I tried going through my Home Warranty. The company they sent out, EMS was DOA. They didn't repair the issue, and never set any expectations as to when my a/c would be repaired. After the better part of a week, I found Texas Air Repair , called at 6:00 am spoke with Trinity, who set up an appointment for me the same day! Stephen from Texas Air repair showed up at 3:30 pm , quickly assessed what the problem was, explained in clear terms what the issue was and what my options were, and after discussing with my wife we felt confident on the next course of action. Cut to 8:15 pm, the same day(!!) , Carlos, Bob, and a third gentleman arrived and installed a new A/C unit upstairs. They worked for 3 hours straight, tirelessly, and they were very polite. Once they were done, the A/C kicked on and I was sooo Happy! I really can't believe they fixed my a/c in under 24 hours, without hassle, being honest, and friendly! I can't recommend these folks enough!
