Came the very next day on time. Al was professional, curious, and efficient. He got me working within the hour for my top load washer. He even got the drainage working for my freezer. He was pleasant and fast! The price was so reasonable I added the freezer while he was here! I will absolutely call these guys again, first!

I spoke with Al this morning to get pricing on what we thought was wrong with our 10 year old dryer (heating element). He was honest and upfront with me, when others would not even give me a ballpark figure. Al came out TODAY and took apart my dryer, confirmed our initial reason for the dryer not working, then fixed it. All of this in 40 minutes flat! He was not only the quickest repair man to come into our home, but he was the most reasonably- priced. He was professional and honest. Our oven broke a couple days ago. When I was calling around, the earliest appointment most businesses had available was next week. But then I got a hold of Al with Longhorn appliance and he came within a couple hours. He was friendly and he repaired my oven in 30 minutes because he had the part we needed. I’ve already baked a crumb cake to check if it works well and it does. I’m so happy! Give them a call if you want a speedy repair.

I called Longhorn Appliance Repair late afternoon Friday to have a drain pump replaced in my LG washer. He was able to repair it Saturday morning. He was professional, friendly and very quickly repaired my washer. I really appreciated how I was able to obtain an appointment (especially on Saturday) so quickly after I called.
I will be contacting Longhorn again for any appliance repair.

He came in and took care of the problems we were having with our washing machine (the boot and band and electrical circuit board). AL was very honest and straight forward with us about the situation of the circuit board. This afternoon we discovered our dryer wasn’t heating properly. I contacted Al and left a message asking him to contact me the next business day, since today is Sunday. I called at 2:17 pm, he returned my call at 2:21pm, and he had assessed the problem and fixed it by 3:05 pm and I’m typing this review at 3:15pm, less than an hour after I initially contacted Al. Great Service!! Al called me back promptly after I left a voice-mail late Saturday. He showed up at the appointment time and diagnosed the problem. The parts had to come from Austin so I would have to take off from work on another day for the repair.. Another tech came from Austin and was able to bring the parts. Al called me and returned the same day to complete the repair. Al went above and beyond d to shorten my drain hose and raise it so it would drain properly. As a homeowner, it seemed fine to me, but Al showed me how the hose was causing mold to grow. I appreciated Al's extra efforts to improve the functionality of my washer. Of course on Fri 13th we wake up to a refrigerator with a temp of 52°F!!! We called Longhorn and they said they'd come out and take a look. "Al" showed up very friendly and business appropriate. He diagnosed, explained, fixed it and gave us a 3 month guarantee in writing in about an hour! I think it must be a family operation because of their honesty and affordability. Hi! I spoke with Al today about my mothers dishwasher. My mom has had it for about 15 years and loves it. She wanted to get repaired. I found Longhorn services and I spoke to Al about my moms dishwasher. He was over within 40 minutes and fixed it promptly and was fairly reasonable in price. I would highly recommend their services for your appliance needs!!! Sharp, fast and reasonable! They’re great! We are more than satisfied😇 Al is very professional and a super nice guy!!!😇

My dryer out of the blue just stopped heating. I had two vendors come out and look at it and each speculated it was my heating element, but wanted to charge an absurd amount of money to just run the diagnostic. WRONG! Along comes Al with Longhorn... Able to clear my vents and confirm the heating element was fine. However, I had blown two fuses.
My dryer is back up in running in less than an hour and a half. Al was great! Communication was quick, he was thorough and very knowledgeable. Not to mention the price to fix everything was reasonable and affordable. Would highly recommend for dryer repair services.

I called Longhorn today right after lunch and reported an issue with my washing machine shaking and walking across the floor. I spoke to Al and he said he thought he knew what it was and would be at my place in an hour or so. True to his word, he showed up in about an hour, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, went and picked up the part and was finished with the repair by 3:00 p.m. Same day service and at a reasonable price. Can't ask for more.

Great service! Speedy response and repair. I called Longhorn Appliance Repair to fix my dryer and they arrived same day. It took Al (technician) about 20 minutes to do the repair and maintenance. I was dreading thinking that I might have to go to the laundromat, so Al really saved the day by helping us out so quickly.

I would not recommend this company. The person that came for the service repair call was not punctual. He gave me a time frame he would arrive at but never arrived. He ended up calling me hours later and tried lying that I didn’t answer the phone during my scheduled time. I have phone records that show he never called but did call 2-3 hours late asking to reschedule to the next day. Also, I collected additional estimates after collecting from this company, and the estimate to repair Longhorn appliance gave me was 47% higher than one estimate and 54% higher than the second one that I collected. I recommend finding a different company. Also I’ll mention it here because he won’t communicate this to you prior to arrival or when asked. Service repair calls are $75.

Al was truly amazing! My dryer went out at 10pm, with a house full of kids & animals this obviously created a dilemma. I looked on a few websites for a repair tech, at first glance it seemed it would be several days before anyone could come, plus nearly $500 in repair costs. I called Longhorn thinking that I'd be lucky to get an appointment this week. To my surprise Al told me he could fit me in this evening, he promised to call is he was able to get me in earlier. Again I was happily surprised when he said he was in the neighborhood, ahead of schedule & could drop in if I was home. He quickly identified the issue that my heating element was burned out, he gave me a quote that was about half what everyone else said. Yet again I was happily surprised when Al said he had the part on his van (from past experiences the techs would have to order the part & it would take another few weeks). Al was able to take care of everything in about 30 minutes, and even helped to make sure my dryer vent was properly connected & clear of any blockages. To top it all off shortly after Al had arrived one of my neighbors who happened to be outside recognized him. My neighbor said he just calls Al for any issues, and had been having Al service his appliances for several years now.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. AL IS AN AMAZING TECH & YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH LONGHORN.

My dad is in a wheelchair refrigerator broke. He had no food and his insulin has to be refrigerated. Longhorn was awesome. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kind d. I live 2 hours away from my dad. We will never use anyone else but Longhorn. God bless !

My washing machine went out Friday night with clothes in it. I called Longhorn Appliance
Repair, Saturday morning and Al was at my house by 11:00 am. He diagnosed the issue and went for the part. Came back at 2 with the part. He was upfront, prices were very reasonable and completely honest with us. I am very satisfied with this service and would highly recommend this company. I will be calling again when the next appliance goes out.

I am extremely happy with the prompt service repair provided by Al on my refrigerator. Longhorn charged a reasonable amount for the service call. He was honest about the repair, offered a suggestion to see if we could fix it before he ordered the part. Once the part was ordered and received, he called and was out the same day.
