In a day when nobody seems to care Not True! Today I called a roofing company named First Out and not only got the best customer service I have had in along time. I was in a desperate situation trying to get tarp on roof that storm messed up. They met me at house within 20 minutes and covered area with tarp. Gave me great service and price. The house belongs to a friend who in care facility and her son passed away couple weeks ago. I can not put in words how much First Out took care of problem but CARED enough to give very Best. The extra mile was a GREAT BLESSING. RECOMEND THEM HIGHLY. THEY TRULY CARE!!!!

Called First Out Roofing and explained the issue of what I thought to be water seepage in my garage. Travis came out and looked the at the roof within two hours. Explained the issue and how it could be possibly be resolved. Travis was most helpful and stated we should continue to monitor the area and to call if there are any issues. Very polite and courteous. I felt comfortable and reassured with his explanations and work performed. Would recommend him to anyone seeking professional workmanship. I certainly will be using his roofing services when needed in the future.

First Out Roofing did a wonderful job with our roof replacement. We worked with Spencer and he was responsive, informative, available, and patient. They went above and beyond not only in making everything on our house look great, but also in dealing with our insurance company and their demands. Our new roof looks amazing and they did everything the right way instead of cutting corners like the previous roof installers did. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who asks, as we had a good experience, and we would definitely be repeat customers.

After the recent storm we had some roof damage. I contacted Nick at First Out Roofing and he had someone out the same day to look at the damage. I had an estimate within an hour of their inspection and the next day the guys were out and fixed the damage. These guys are very responsive and do great work. The provide you with before and after pictures and the workmanship was excellent. Definitely my go to roofing company going forward!

Both Nick and Travis provided timely, invaluable, and honest feedback regarding my roof during a roof inspection of my home. I am getting ready to sell my house, and the buyers had an inspection done on Tuesday. The home inspector asked for a Roof inspection to be performed. As a seller, time is of the essence, so I reached out to a few companies. I started to fret between no replies and being unable to show up for another two weeks. I placed a call to First Out Roofing late yesterday and left a voicemail. Imagine my surprise when I got a callback 5 minutes later from them, and the owner is the one who called back, no less! Just WOW. Nick asked a few questions and understood that this was time-critical; he went out of his way to explain their process and the report I'd get and then asked if he and Spencer could swing by first thing in the morning! Take my money now!

Anyhow, they showed up this morning right on time, reconfirmed that the inspection report was asking for a review for possible hail damage, and then said, we will do that and give you a report that the buyer can use to get their Homeowners insurance. I'll be honest when I say this: I was surprised to find out this level of customer service exists today and that companies are willing to go the extra mile for no added cost.

I am writing this to say that I am very thankful to your company for the courtesy, respect, professionalism, and customer service. This is unheard of today, and I commend y'all for this! Even though I don't need the roof replaced, I will say this to anyone reading this review ... you will not find a better company. They will make sure that you are informed and treated right! First Out Roofing, and Andy in particular, has been wonderful to work with. He was responsive, informative, flexible, and hung in there for multiple inspections and going back and forth with the insurance company over the course of a few months. Insurance did not end up contributing, but I still needed a new roof. The pricing was fair for repairing, replacing, and bringing an area up to code. The roofing crew arrived early, were prepared, and did a great job. They were friendly and cleaned up the site afterward; Andy was also onsite during installation which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend First Out Roofing and will be calling them for any future needs. Spencer kept us informed throughout the process and was very responsive and friendly. Went above and beyond in helping us get paint and gutters along with our new roof (even on the shed!).

Travis was great to deal with. Very responsive, was able to have someone out to the house to repair a rotted part of our roof the next day. Will be reaching out again for all of my roofing needs!

Just had my roof replaced and house painted as an extra with First Out Roofing. Being this was my second roof ever to be replaced I was hesitant in the process. Nick from First Out came to the house to look at some wood rot on the soffits. He appraised the situation, took the time to talk with me – ask questions, and said he would get back with me. I quickly got a fair and detailed quote from him. I understood what they were going to do, why it needed to be done, who would be doing the work and when it would be completed.

The communication was great. I knew what to expect, when his team was coming out and what they were doing. I was also relieved that my budget constraints were fully understood.

I had multiple soffits and fascia replaced and new gutters properly installed. The teams did excellent work. They were very professional. I was impressed with how great it looks and how they fixed the issues I was having. It rained within two days of the job being completed and there are no problems.
