Constraction reviews in Corinth, Texas

As a real estate agent in the North Dallas area, I highly recommend Super Inspector for a thorough home inspection. Geoffrey, the inspector for my homebuyers, was incredibly responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable. The interface is extremely intuitive, for both homebuyers/homeowners as well as from the real estate agent's perspective. The reports are clear, easy to read and understand, and highlight important details that are sometimes overlooked by other home inspection companies. In my experience, they are an excellent choice for anyone who is looking for these qualities in an inspector. They also offer the ability to pay at closing, and have additional services such as termite inspection, sewer/septic inspection, etc. A fantastic experience!

I had my home inspection done yesterday, and the experience was truly amazing. The inspector was thorough, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood each part of the process. The report was clear, organized, and very helpful. I feel much more confident moving forward thanks to their exceptional service. Highly recommended!

We’ve used Super Inspector three times now and have had a great experience every time. Their service is professional, thorough, and easy to work with. We specifically keep requesting Clayton because his reports are extremely detailed and his attention to detail is outstanding. He takes the time to explain findings clearly and gives us confidence in the inspection process. Highly recommend Super Inspector!

Super Inspector has been my go-to inspection company for years, and I truly wouldn’t use anyone else. I tried them once early on, was immediately impressed, and I’ve never switched since.

I’m a Realtor, so I work with a lot of inspectors and I’m picky about who I recommend. Every single inspector I’ve used with Super Inspector has been excellent, thorough, professional, and easy to work with. Most recently, Kent Vines has come out for the last couple of inspections and he’s been fantastic both times: detailed, clear, and great at explaining things in a way clients understand without causing unnecessary panic.

I always give my clients options, but Super Inspector is the one I consistently recommend, and I’d recommend them 100% without hesitation.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Our inspector arrived right on time and was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process. He was extremely thorough — took the time to explain everything he found and answered all of our questions without rushing. We felt really confident in his work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a detailed, reliable home inspection.

I had a great experience with Jeff, my home inspector. He was extremely thorough and took the time to carefully evaluate every part of the home. He answered all my questions. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable home inspector.

What a fantastic experience. My realtor suggests SI to all of their clients and I understand exactly why. From the first interaction with their office to my inspector, Jeff explaining the report to me, my inspection could not have been any better. I feel confident with their thoroughness I have the best evaluation of my new investment. Thank you Jeff and the Super Inspector Team.

Eddie from Super Inspector helped us with an inspection of a home we are purchasing in the country. Since it is in the country the home has an individual water well, water filtration and Aerobic septic systems, in addition to the normal items that should be reviewed on a home. Eddie spent over 5 hours going over the home and created a very fair and thorough report of various levels of items he felt we should be aware of. He also spent 45 minutes verbally taking us through his report immediately after he was done with the inspection. He performed a very detailed review of the well and aerobic septic systems and showed us how it all worked and the pitfalls we should avoid when managing these systems. Eddie’s depth of knowledge and thorough review gives us a huge amount of confidence in the purchase of our home. My wife pointed out he has created a very detailed list of “to do” items for me after purchase.
I cannot thank Eddie and Super Inspector enough for the quick response and highly valuable information on the property we are buying. I highly recommend using Super Inspector and especially Eddie for an inspection of your next home purchase.

David did a great job going over everything in our home inspection. He let us know what was most important and needed to be checked out and then also minor cosmetic stuff we could do ourselves. Friendly, attentive, I would definitely recommend to others!

James Brown was incredibly thorough in walking us through our home inspection and made sure we clearly understood anything that needed attention before moving forward with our purchase. He took the time to answer all of our questions — and we had a lot! His knowledge, patience, and professionalism really gave us peace of mind during the process.

If you have the option to request a specific inspector with Super Inspectors, I highly recommend choosing James.

James, thank you for your outstanding and detailed work!
