He provided photo documentation of everything he checked during our inspection. His report was very detailed and easy to read and understand. I used Super Inspector because they did such a great job for my Daughters House, Brandyn Did a great job for them so we requested to have him also inspect our new build. He was very thorough annd communicative. He found several fixable issues that we can present to the builder to repair. Don’t skip the sewer line inspection, it will save you money out of pocket long after the builder is long gone from the subdivision. We will happily refer our new neighbors to Super Inspector!
