I appreciated working with Spencer with First Out roofing. I wanted to to work with a local contractor so I called him due to a non-storm related issue. He came out multiple times, on a timely matter, to help me with a minor leak (from previous roofer) that was affecting our ceiling. Due to customer service I was glad to reach out to him on a significant hail event. He worked with us to optimize both the insurance aspect but also shingle/paint/gutter decisions to make the wife happy! Spencer was professional and his crew communicated well with us. Will definitely go to him on the next storm!

I greatly recommend Spencer. He came in really quick and helped me fixed the issue in no time. Am a first time home owner and was very nervous on seeing a leak in my kitchen through the edges of AC vent. But he checked the leak and explained me in very detail about the problem. It was a small minor issue of a nail placed wrongly in the Shingles and the leak was through it. I was surprised he did not charge as it is a Simple fix. I have scheduled a full roof inspection with him and looking forward for it.

Met Nick from First Out Roofing five years ago at an event. Shortly after, suffered a hail storm and called him up. He helped walk me through the claims process and executed! He kept me abreast with timely updates. Recently sold that house and he helped with the roof warranty transfer.

Purchased a new home with a metal roof. Called Nick during the negotiations to have him give us his professional advice. Fast forward, we purchased the home and had Nick complete a thorough roof assessment and subsequent upgrade. The roof now functions and performs as it should.

Four weeks later, he again traveled 5 hours to install a metal roof on a recently built hobby shop. The connections he's made over the years has allowed him to hire only the best of the best. He coordinated gutters for the house, hobby shop, and well house adding to the functionality and esthetics.

His knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and commitment to the client is why we hired First Out Roofing again. You can go elsewhere and get the runaround or hit a home run with First Out Roofing!

I am so impressed with First Out Roofing. A very polite person answered when I called and told me she would have someone contact me during the day. Within two hours I received a voice mail from Spencer who stated his schedule for that day and the next so I could get back with him for a good time to stop by. I called and arranged for Spencer to come out the next day to help us with some small pieces of shingles that had blown off in the recent windstorms. He called that following morning and stated he was available earlier than schedule and would it be all right to come by which I thought was very nice. Spencer inspected the entire roof, identified one area where the small pieces around a chimney stack were missing and provided us with photos showing some hail damage from past storms. He also stated our shingles were in very good shape and may need to be replaced in 5 - 7 years. We told Spencer we had replacement shingles. He took one, made all the necessary repairs and sealed nail holes across the roof where he felt it was needed for no cost! He said he wanted to earn our business! We are so glad we called First Out Roofing (Corinth, TX) for help. They are so professional, knowledgeable and into building a strong relationship with their clients. This is so refreshing compared to the ones you call, and they state their fee just to come out and then say the labor is extra!!! I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when they finished. The grout went from dark and dingy to bright and clean again. Definitely calling them for the next cleaning.

I tried to call to get a quote because their website says they are in corinth Texas. The lady on the phone asked for my zip code, I gave her the Corinth zip code and she said no we don't service that area and hung up on me. Not very professional. Good luck though.

Wow. What a joke. I somehow ended up on their website, read about what they supposedly offer, and decide to call. I called 4x in 20 minutes. Each time, the phone was answered and immediately hung up. Someone was picking it up and immediately hanging up. No polite answer, no option for a message, just continuous hand up and they kept on doing it purposely.
Unbelievable. If this is how you start service, I can’t imagine you caring about anyone’s living space or space of need for your service. Be aware. Probably why they have cheap coupons available online for discounts.

I am very particular about any job that I need done and these guys were very very detailed and did an amazing job both on tile and carpet cleaning that they did for us. They don’t respond to their online scheduling form or LiveChat. When I asked why they didn’t return my call after two days, they claimed I must have called someone else. Strange! The phone rep, who sounded like they were working from home, hung up on me. Would not recommend—there are more professional businesses out there.

This company was actually recommended to me by a friend but based on my experience I would not recommend them. The fence turned out okay (hence the 3 stars) but the service less than par. No notice of when they would be out other than an “we are on the way” text the day they were coming and at the same time changing scope of requirements necessary to do the work sent the day of that initial text making it more expensive for me. I would have changed contractors if I had not already received a check for 1/2 from my neighbor made payable to Landscape Investments. Learned my lesson on that one. I also had multiple issues with the crew not cleaning up after themselves had to call the owner twice to come back and clean up

Gregg was great to work with as I share a fence with 2 neighbors so he was able to make us all happy. It was installed quickly and looks great. I will definitely use Landscape Investments in the future and recommend them to my neighbors.

These guys are the best! We contacted them months ago for an estimate; skip ahead almost a year later and recent wind storm knocked our old fence down and when we called the owner, not only remembered who we were but also kept the same quote he gave us. They came out within the week and set up our new fence in 2 days. They were extremely knowledgeable about the materials and worked with the budget we had! Highly recommended.

I call Greg for all my big landscaping needs. He put in a 8’ board on board fence and stained it. He has also put in Zoysia grass and it is absolutely the best my lawn has ever looked!! He has redone my flower beds on occasion especially for special occasions! Great job, great workers!! I will always call these guys for my next project!!
