First, I would like to say thank you to Brian Owens and his crew for an outstanding job, Brian took the time to come over to my house look over at some installation services I was requesting, Brian look it over came up with absolutely good solutions and got the job done with a fair price, I recommend this company for their services and would use them again in the near future.

I was very impressed by Brian (and his assistant)....just with the initial outlet testing, they both knew what the problem was and resolved it in under 30 minutes....extremely polite and knowledgable....I plan to keep using his company as needed and will refer him to everyone.....

I called and the owner scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. I was at home and no one showed up and no one called. After the appointment window was missed, they called to ask if they could try the same time the next day. No thank you. Keep your appointments or let one know beforehand if you won't keep your commitments.

They were here with an hour of calling them and even though it ended up not being an electrical problem for an electrician to fix it was a problem with AEP, our power company. The guy with primary electric that came out here was named Brian and once he realized it was an AEP issue he called them from my house for me had them out here within 10 minutes and even after he left he checked in with me to see how things were going and if they had restored our power yet.. I would say this company or at least this particular employee definitely goes above and beyond for customers I absolutely give them five stars

I have used primary Electrical Solutions twice. Once for lights flickering and once to hang up a chandelier. I was very surprised when Brian notified me that the lights flickering was being caused by my main electrical box that I share with a few neighbors. He called the city and had them come and fix it for free. Most places would still want to charge you a lot, but instead this honest guy only charged a small service fee. I have recommended this company to several friends and will hands down use them before anyone else in the future if/when needed.

Primary Electrical Solutions is the BEST electrical company in the Coastal Bend. Brian and his team are excellent! They really know their stuff and their customer service is over the top. They are not only the best electrical company in Corpus, they are one of the best contractors in town, no matter the trade. I can't recommend them enough!
