This company does good work. We have called them a number of times. always do what they say they will do, and they charge a fair price.

Terrible. Scott electric stated they would call me when the electrician was ready to come out. I received no call for 2 days. I called the company number again and was told the electrician had been out and completed the work. It turned out that yes, an electrician was sent out, and he did the wrong work because he could not get hold of me by phone and the condominium maintenance person let him in the building. At no point did they call and leave a message. They were even going to bill me for the wrong work. Then they were supposed to come out and redo the work they had already messed up. But, well that never happened. I just finally called another company. What a mess!! The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Poor communication. No follow-up. Guessing what work had to be done. Unprofessional workers. What more can I say. Avoid this company at all costs. A simple work order - adding an electrical disconnect box to a water heater to bring it up to code became a three day headache.

Stay away from this company. Scott AC & Heating is disreputable and dishonest. They were paid for a service call in which they accomplished nothing, yet they continue to harass for payment that they did not earn. Shameful!

Called overnight and Bill told us he would come by around 12 next day. Next day goes by with no call no text nothing. At 2pm we called and got a text saying Bill is in a meeting. Still got nothing back an hour later, it’s now 4pm and still zero communication. We ended up having to go with another electrician because the hassle at Scott electric is unreal. The other company that is working with us mentioned that they had several calls today about Scott electric falling through and not making their appointments. I understand being busy, I do not understand the unwillingness to communicate that to the customer.

They are awesome!! I am manager at Taco Cabana, and Billy was great, always getting in and fixing things, you got a good guy there! Keith also did a good job on AC!! Great customer service, and they get things fixed!!

I had a very hazardous situation with my electricity at my commercial space. I called Scott Electric and although the first electrician that was sent out did not fix the problem correctly, Jobe, the second electrician they sent out the next business day was on time and worked hard to fix the problem to the end! Would definitely recommend asking for him. Overall, happy with my experience.

I have been helped multiple times by Scott electric. My wiring is 70yrs old. Bryan Hope has been outstanding in all regards. Today Jobe and Jonah came to repair and install a poorly installed light fixture. I could NOT be more pleased with their professional skill and kindness!!! Once again you have spared my home from a fire risk. Thank you is never enough!

Very good service. Called made appointment for them to install a GFI and verify that some other ones were working properly. I was very pleased with the service and price paid. Side note, I had to change my appointment time a little and the tech was fine with it. Will use again.

Their drivers are absolutely terrible. Today is October 18th, and whom ever was driving their work truck with 207 on the back of it, does not understand basic traffic laws or how yield signs work. Turning on to ocean drive this truck completely cut me off with my small children in the car, we had to swerve into the other lane to avoid getting hit, and proceeded to give the finger out of the driver side window. I guess this is how the company likes representing themselves to the public. Absolute trash.

Their price is Very reasonable, they are very quick response. We called them for quotes, Tino came & checked give us a quote right away. they ordered what we needed within 3 days all the job done! Ray & Ralph are very professional & on time , together they make a great team work! Love ❤️ them

Wow after seeing the reviews here I definitely see why i did not get a call back from their corporate office. If you are an honest person, Stay away from these people! One of their drivers was trying to exist from a small parking area. He started yelling at me, to move my car! Mind you i have two young children 5 and 3 in the car, crying their eyes out, terrified that this man was going to hurt us! He wanted me to back us into the express way, just to let him leave. When i tried to speak up, he started cussing! Then proceeded to nearly hit a blue nissan and my truck, with the company’s work van! Called the weslaco office and they take no information, just say they will call corporate. I call myself and told they are in a meeting, left my information but have yet to receive a call. They are nasty people who employ nasty aggressive people. If you are an honest person, steer clear from this sickening company. If that man yelled at a random defenseless stranger imagine what kind of people they all are. Disgusting and disappointing!
