I called Primary Electrical Solutions for some required electrical repairs when I was selling my house. Not only did Brian and Steven quickly identify and repair the issues, but they made time to explain in detail what they were doing and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves since the house was on the market. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous defines the PES team. I highly recommend them.

It was a Saturday morning, and the electrician I normally use wasn't calling me back. One of my tenants was without power, so I Googled electricians in Corpus Christi. Primary Electrical Solutions was one of the only listings that showed to be open on Saturday. Their reviews looked very promising, so I gave them a call. I'm glad I did! Within an hour or so, I had a technician on the way to my property. The issue was resolved quickly, and, when the bill came a day or so later, there was no extra charge for weekend work. I will DEFINITELY be using Primary Electrical Solutions in the future, and I recommend them to anyone looking for competent and honest electricians.

Brian and his team have completed 2 projects for us. He replaced a very large chandelier, removed old hallway fixtures with inset lighting along with a few other fixtures. We recently hired him to remove a large track lighting system from our wood ceiling and replace with brighter inset lighting. He and his team arrived on time, very courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend his company.

Perfect! Brian came out last minute and was extremely kind and courteous (as was his assistant who's name I didn't catch). Brian had me stand by and watch while he explained everything he was doing. He made sure all of my connections were tightened and no panel wires were fried. The job was to replace a double pole 30 amp breaker for my dryer outlet. He even took the time to fill in the knock out gaps to seal up openings. I hope I don't need more work done, but if I do this is the company I'll be going with. Thank you so much! Please stop wasting your time looking at other companies and GIVE BRIAN AND STEPHANY ALL YOUR BUSINESS! My lights in my house had been flickering on and off for a few days. Half the house went out of power fully today but went back on after I played with the breaker. AEP came and told me to call an electrician to replace my entire meter box. I called Primary Electrical Solutions and Stephany scheduled me for a quote. Then my power went out again and I was nervous because I did not think I could make the quote date. I called Stephany again and let her know, she was extremely concerned and sent Brian out right away even though it was almost after hours and BRIAN immediately contacted AEP to shut off power so he could replace the part in my meter box that had gone bad and literally saved me thousands of dollars in a whole panel replacement. I would also like to say that during this emergency, I had also called one of the more "reputable" five-star companies on Google and they did everything they could to dissuade me from having this electric company come out and help me even though they could not make it out today and my animals and I were without electricity. (I'm pretty sure they ran on some type of commission and knew they would lose business if PES was successful with my problem.) Brian knew exactly what to do and even explained it in a way where I could understand it. And I ultimately paid so little for such an important fix and he was so upfront and honest about all the charges I would incur from the get go. I am forever indebted. Fast response and great service to our electrical installation. We had 220 volt service added for our new hot tub, service was outstanding at a very reasonable rate. No overtime rate for a Saturday install. Clean, fast, efficient workmanship also. If you need a job large or small these folks did outstanding work for us at a price we could afford. Definitely would call them back to do any other work at my home.

Not only was Brian and his team able to quickly troubleshoot my electrical issues at home, but he thoroughly explained the issue and advised me on all possible solutions. I also had two appliances installed during the visit. Very honest, professional, and great pricing for the service. This company is amazing! Brian and his team are very professional. I have had several jobs that they have completed. Most recently, added some electrical outlets on my back patio area. The last job I had for them they did not do but for good reason. It did not need to be done. I had a garbage disposal that would not power when light switch was turned on. Initially I thought it was the switch. So called them to come out for a service visit. Brian spoke with my husband and informed him about a few things to try before he came out. (He did not want to charge us a service fee if in fact it wasn't electrical) After speaking with Brian over the phone, my husband tried his recommendations and what do you know, it worked. It turned out there was something stick that cause it to not power. Do once the reset button was hit,(something Brian asked him to do) it worked. This gentlemen charged us nothing. We will continue to use this company for all our electrical needs. And I would encourage anyone to do the same. #1 electrical company in Corpus Christi!!!!

Brian came to our house to wire/install a new hallway light and to fix a dead outlet in our living room. He was extremely professional and friendly. He communicated with us effectively to see exactly what we wanted, gave us different options with his recommendations, and then got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this business and we'll be using them for any and all electrical jobs in the future.

Brian Owens and his crew were amazing. They replaced all outlets and switches in my house as well as added a ceiling fan, and lights outside and in the garage. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. I was surprised how pleasant this whole experience was. Price was great! They are very knowledgeable, very accommodating and extremely careful and competent. The guys worked continuously and just got the job done. I was amazed at the way they cleaned up! Brian and the company were fantastic to work with. They were very professional. Brian came to replace a high-voltage outlet, and also ended up troubleshooting another electrical issue related to an exterior light and he didn't leave until he fixed the issue. Brian Owens recently replaced and updated all the lighting in our home on the Island. He is so knowledgeable and professional. All of his team worked at our property. They are all very polite as well as professional. They even cleaned up. I have never had an electrician clean up after a job. Brian runs an incredible operation and went above and beyond for us. He was always responsive to texts and calls. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

Very piss poor attitude. Although I encounter very unprofessional services, I cannot remember the gentleman’s name (I wish I did in order for him to know I’m specially talking to him). Every concern or question I had seem like a nuisance to you. You did a terrible job and I will not be recommending your services to anyone else in the area. Not sure if you were having a bad day but definitely noticed you took it out on me with every eye roll, sigh, and mumble you had. If you don’t want to work then leave.

Anthony did a great job. They arrived as stated. They fixed the issue without claiming it was more than what it was.

Hands down best electricians in Corpus Christi. Extremely professional and very quick to respond. Great at troubleshooting any problem you might have. And all at a very fair price. They have done multiple jobs for us and all have been without any problems!
