I called two days ago for an estimate. Scheduling over phone is smooth. Joe visited today and took the survey. The whole process is professional. I am satisfied with his service.

We contacted your office yesterday and were given an appointment for today. Impressed!!! Joe came out and was very understanding and flexible in determining the scope of our project. Augusta lawn care is always professional and kind. They do a great job for a great price and have always done it in a very quick and timely manner. They give a courtesy call or text before they arrive and after they finish the service. Highly recommend!

So far what I can tell you is that this company is customer focused and extremely friendly as well as professional in their craft. Joe never made me feel ridiculous for not knowing what was going on at my home. I am looking forward to working with this company. Joe was I can't say enough good things about this gentleman He was thoughtful and made sure that he shut and locked the door when he left. He took extreme care on making sure i understood what is going on with my current yard situation. Jennifer in the office was my first contact and she too was extremely wonderful..

The work that was done was fantastic. I have no complaints about the labor that was completed. The folks worked hard, and the lawn looks great.

However, there are other aspects to completing a job, and one of those which is a major factor for me is communication. This was some of the worst communication I've ever had dealing with a company. There were also things they assured me they would do, but they didn't keep their word to anything. Here are my complaints:

1. They did not show up on the day they were scheduled. At first, I thought they were late, which I would've been fine with, but I had to call the office to find out what was going on. I was told that Joe would call me back right away and that I was actually the next person he scheduled to call. That phone call never happened. I had to call the office back late in the day before they closed, only to find out from the front desk that they had guys call out, and they were short staffed. I totally understood that, but if I hadn't made my phone calls, I would've never received a text or phone call that day. Joe didn't get back to me until late the following day, and even then, still no one showed up.

2. I was told that in order to get into my backyard, they had to take off my entry gate so their equipment would fit. I was fine with that and understood that they needed to do their job. However, they said that whenever they were done, they would put the post back with concrete and everything needed to make it the way it originally was before. That was a lie...all they did was fill it with dirt to make it look solid. Now, after a few heavy rains, the post is loose, and my gate won't open/close properly unless I mess with the latch.

3. I was told I'd get a full layout of what to do with my yard after the work was completed. They did give me a brief run down of what to do, and I wanted to take notes just for my sake. However, I was reassured that Joe would send me information on exactly what to do. I never received any information or follow-up about the yard. Again, another thing they didn't keep their word on.

4. Lastly, the clean-up. There was some residue and sand still in the front of my driveway and into the street. They told me they would come back at another time and take care of it. What do you know...that was another lie. No one ever came to clean up anything.

My point is that I felt the entire time I had to represent myself and make the phone calls for any information or updates. I didn't expect things to just fall into my lap. I understand some folks get extremely busy, and I need to take the initiative.

However, I was told constantly not to worry and that things would get taken care of. Not one word did they keep, and with the amount of money I paid, I would've expected more professional communication. It seems once they got their money, they were completely done with me.

Overall, it was not a good experience for me, and I hope no other customers have to deal with the poor communication and false promises I dealt with. I will not use Augusta Lawn Care for any future services. Again, the lawn does look great, though.

I am very impressed with Augusta Lawn Care Services’ response to our request for a landscape service quote and a lawn maintenance quote. From the very start, their website was informative, attractive and very user friendly. Once I submitted my request for service, I was contacted immediately and given an appointment. Joe, the landscape designer, also texted me his photo along with the appointment information . On the day of the appointment he texted to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived on time and was friendly, polite, very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain the landscape process. I was very pleased to meet Joe and I feel confident that he will be able to do an excellent job. B. U.

The estimate process was really smooth from answering the phone, scheduling the appointment to letting me know the technician-Joe was coming. Joe was on time, giving good suggestions, being respectful, and making sure my gates were closed when he left, etc. Overall, I'm happy with the service.

This is the best lawn care company in all of Texas! Don’t hesitate to reach out to them and hire them to take care of your lawn care needs! They do a great job and Allison in the office is great!

Joe was helpful, congenial, and knowledgeable. I received a text when he was on the way along with a picture of him so I could verify his identity. The vehicle was clean looking and well marked with the company's logo. Joe laid out a plan that addressed my concerns, gave me a firm handshake, and made sure to close my gate when he was finished with the evaluation.

The process from initial contact of business to house visit by business was handled very professionally. At initial call quote appointment was scheduled, and Augusta was interested in the job (even though it is not a large job). Joe came to our house on time and sent his picture so we knew who to expect, he was very friendly and heard our concerns. We had a great discussion of possible solutions and the pros and cons of each idea. Great experience.

We are price shopping for a much needed backyard makeover. So far the estimate process with Augusta Lawn Care has been a breeze. Their customer service has been 5 STAR from answering the phone, scheduling the appointment and giving us a heads up when they were on the way to our home. They have communicated with us every step of the way. During the estimate process Joe provided some ingenious suggestions to help us transform our back yard. We are so excited to work with Augusta Lawn Care. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We’ve been customers of Augusta Lawn Care for a while and recently needed some spring clean up work down. Josh Hartman, the GM, came out to do the estimate and he personally did the work, trimming a palm tree, cutting back bushes and hauling everything off. And he communicated every step of the way. My yard is definitely a “special needs” kind of yard! Despite its challenges, Josh is always eager to make it look as good as possible. More importantly, Josh is a man of his word. If there’s something I’m not happy with, he will do what it takes to make it right.

Josh Hartman is wonderful. Great work. He really knows what he is doing. He has given me suggestions on what the yard needs and has followed through with his suggestions. I had a yard clean up, now they do my yard and bed maintenance, the scoop a daisy, and now have joined in on their weed and fertilization program. My yard is coming back to life. Very respectful, pricing is reasonable, and always on time. You will not go wrong choosing Augustus Lawn Care of Corpus Christi.
