Talk to several tell you they will help you get started you go around in circles no where I told them I'm disable senior with problems but trying to do her yard but need help call several times trying to get your business but you tell them you need time finally when you decide the person that answer know nothing only what they want not what you need what a rip OFF

This is the worst company I have ever deal with. The guy said they did a service when the did not. Customer service keep charging my credit card. In the end I had to cancel the company with them owing me. Company is rip off a scam.

Well as of today I am very unhappy with this company. I called two weeks ago to get lawn mower and the first week the couldn't make it. This week they say It would be done between fri and Sunday. Well its Monday and still my lawn is not mowed. I'm very disappointed with this company.

I opened an account with LawnStarter as I needed lawn service but didn’t have the time to shop around. Signing up was easy and I had a scheduled appointment immediately.

Raymone has cut our lawn several times now and he responds appropriately to requests such as a recent request to raise the height of the lawnmower due to a recommendation from our pest control service. He completes the service on the scheduled days and does a great job overall.

I would recommend LawnStarter and Raymone for your lawn maintenance tasks.

He came when he said he would. He did the yard according to my son that lives there.

I had warned them that there were sprinkler wires at a certain spot in the yard and to avoid them. They are easily visible. They cut them all while mowing. That’s not a big deal and should be fixed by an electrician without a problem. The big deal is the company made me fill out a property damage form on their website and refused to talk to me on the phone about it. 3 days later and two separate filings I still have not heard anything. I had a good experience until this. Unprofessional.

The very first cut was great! The next service was where the problem was. They changed the date on me twice within a week. I emailed them and it took two days for a reply. I canceled my services when they did reply. A few hours later, i actually started feeling bad. I thought "well maybe they are short staffed and having a bad week". I called them and I reactivated my account. The representative on the phone was very nice d she assured me my lawn would be serviced Saturday. I also received a message from the crew "Joshua Garza" who said he'd be there Saturday. I waited, and waited, sunday night I sent another email after another no show and told them they lack of professionalism and integrity. I received a call Monday morning from a very nice rep, who apologized and said she would have another crew out. I asked if it would be that day (Monday) and she said no, unfortunately it would take another day or two. I cancelled my services right there and then. They are unreliable! The app is user friendly and $40 for bi weekly services sounds great, but if they lack communication, professionalism and integrity, well, i guess you get what you pay for in this case. There are several local guys who will cut your grass, dont spend your money on these people.

Lawn Starter is a great service. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for professional lawn services, Clean ups, and other services. John Amaya does an awesome job and I have no complaints. The price for us is pretty good. I have used some local people in the past. They were not very professional and charged way to much. Lawn Starter will find you someone to mow and maintain your lawn and give you a quote based on the size of your yard and a few other things. They have a three mow policy so that your lawn crew can get to know your yard and so you can give them a chance to show you how amazing there service is.

First the pro that they hired did a half ass job Left the property uncompleted ( yard clippings were on my steps and on the sidewalk only mowed a tiny portion of the backyard ) I was guaranteed that the property would be mowed like I needed it I was willing to tip extra and pay extra for the job that needed to be done instead I got someone who didn't want to do the job at all apparently and instead of helping me I waited on a call with these people for almost 15 minutes before it just hung up on me I would recommend just looking at local services outside of these guys they are not trustworthy they don't hire the best The other reviews you see are most likely bought reviews it is not a service that anybody should use I will be canceling and just looking at my local yard professionals to do a better job than these people zero out of 10 if I could if I could give less than one star I would give -5 worst experience ever
