This is my first experience with LawnStarter and I must say I am impressed. My lawn looks great and I was kept informed of time and dates! True professionalism across the board!

I used it once called the company I didn't want it because my lawn man cam back .I said to take me off call and chart they have my credit info act like I'm still with them and charge me.They yell on the phone now to when I tell them I used them once and paid not using service.Still got called and charged me.

I was assisted by Andrew from Lawn Starter who is a representative of the company. I first wanted to acknowledge how helpful, knowledgeable, and Kind he was with informing me of the services. While on the call he mentioned how easy it was to use the app once my services were scheduled. I am a person who does things on the go so when he mentioned the app I started to create an account without even thinking that it would take away any credit from him as me being his referral. I then asked if he can still count me as his referral and because the system shows that it was created online, unfortunately, he does not get to have me as his referral. Once I realized what I had done I quickly deleted my account to start over again. Andrew has all the integrity in the world that he did not want to encourage what I wanted to do for him. The system shows I had created the account and it wouldn’t be right. I want to do right by Andrew and allow him to get the credit for referring me. I, too, work in an industry where I am recognized for MY referrals which is the only reason I am aware of these things. I would still love to pursue creating my account and getting my scheduled service but if and ONLY if, Andrew, gets the credit for referring me. Please, I would like to speak to someone higher up to make this right. I don’t ever want hard work to go unnoticed and you will have a future longtime customer because of Andrew.

Very professional!! These guys show up on time, they go above and beyond to make sure that my lawn looks good and everything is trimmed up properly and they blow off the loose grass as well. Very pleased with the results.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from this lawn care team. They were punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. From mowing and edging, everything was done with great attention to detail.
