Really nice staff , very respectful people

how is it possible that on a Saturday they are mowing the lawn at 7 am. 7 am!! it's too early for a saturday a lot of people are free on this day and it's annoying because it's the only day i have to sleep late. also they don't do a good job, they leave all the grass on the sidewalk, they don't cut the grass well and they are very slow

this place broke my friends window, who lives in LOW INCOME housing & theyre refusing to reach out to her to make it right. never use this company unless you want to get taken advantage of.

A guy in a truck with this business' decal cut me off in traffic without using a turn signal and then slammed on his brakes, all because he didn't want to move lanes earlier. This could have easily caused a wreck. If you want a successful business don't put your logo on a vehicle and proceed to be a douchebag driver.

Hello I am not to happy with this company because this company keeps on cutting my mom elephant plants and the last time they trim trees limps all over the apartments and all the kids was dragging all the limps all over the apartments and the manager at these apartments was very extremely upset with this company because this company is doing a very extremely terrible job not following the rules of these apartments. This company doesn't care about plants and everyone safety and all the children safety too. If I was the owner of this company I will have a long talk to all my employees about not cutting any types of plants in any apartments in the city and everyone safety too.

Once again they gailed to do my yard this is a commercial service.my yardbi requested 2 months ago to start doing again due to health issues and here we are 2 months later after talking to the crews doing the work here its always ok no problem and it wasnt done again. They frigging suck as a service and im also going to now take some photos of their crappy service where they havent weedeated to lazy and rushed and i would not recommend this service to anyone. Keep coming back as this is commercial service that they are doing and there service suck.... if you just want a half ass service then hire them.if you want what your paying for i recommend you dont use this company!!!!!!!

Maldonado has been a pleasure to work with. They communicate very well. They complete anything we request in a timely manner. They make sure to always check in every week or so. Maldonado has done a great job in the past year and a half of working with them maintaining our property landscape. All employees have been very professional, which is my biggest pet peeve for any vendor I work with.

They do not care about breaking people's windows. They Wanna take a contract where people with low income live and refuse to fix something they break. Taking advantage of a single mom with an autistic daughter that doesn't have the income to fix it. I'm not the first person that has had a window broken by them! They don't clean up after they are done with the lawn half the time! I have to sweep dirt n debris off my own porch! Corporate won't even get back to me about my window. Do they not have insurance for this type of stuff?

Insurance claim has been denied here's what the response was from the email I received from their insurance. Take what you Will from it and learn from it.

"Thank you so much for your patience while this was being investigated; However, after speaking with our insured and reviewing the police report, our decision is for denial. Our insured and their employees adamantly deny this incident occurred or was caused by their operations. Although, there is a police report, it was a four (4) hour gap from the time the incident occurred and when reported to law enforcement. Also, the report lists our insured (Maldonado Landscaping & the employee, however, no statement was obtained from them to verify the allegations against them. Based on this, there is no evidence of our insured’s negligence. A denial letter will be forthcoming, however, I wanted to explain our position first."

While landscaping work was being done at a hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas, Maldonado nursery and landscaping damaged my wife's car window. Despite our efforts, the company has refused to cover the repair costs because we do not have enough proof or "the story does not add up".
Here's what I recommend if you find yourself in a similar situation:
File a Police Report: This creates an official record of the damage, which can be crucial for resolving disputes.
Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the damaged window and the surrounding area.
Obtain Insurance Information: Request and record the insurance details of the service personnel, as they typically carry this information in their vehicles. this is their current insurance FCCI Insurance Group.
Collect Evidence: Gather as much evidence as possible to support your claim, as companies WILL try to avoid taking responsibility. Grab photos of the equipment that caused damage, and security camera footage if possible.
Taking these steps will help you protect your interests and ensure a fair resolution if damage occurs.

Paid 150$ for a deep clean. Left the cleaning lady to go back to work and came back to notice that my windows were clean but it’s as if my counter tops weren’t even touched. Ceiling fans were just as dirty as before she got there. Fridge was not touched at all and I notice she swept only around the sofas. Spoke to William about a refund we agreed on 100 back and I’ve only received 50$. I don’t recommend this company at all.

William runs a very efficient cleaning service in Port A, and has a well trained staff. Very easy, reliable and pleasant to work with. Best in class for the area.

This is the first time I’ve used Radiant Cleaning and I highly recommend them. The ladies that cleaned my home were so efficient and I have to share something. I had lost a ring a while back and couldn’t find it. The cleaning ladies found my ring and returned it to me. It’s nice to know there are still honest people in this world, I’ve tried several cleaning companies before, but this is by far the best cleaning My Home has ever Received, and I will be using them again.

I work in real estate with buyers, as well as managing my own rental properties. Radiant Cleaners helped out one of my clients get the house she bought ready to move in clean. The seller had left it in a mess and dirty and Radiant Cleaners made her day with the help from RC crew. They also cleaned my rental after an eviction and am very pleased with their service and professionalism. They are a first rate company.
