We are so pleased with the cleaning that Radiant Cleaners did for us. They are a very hard working team, and were so accommodating to our needs. Kelsey was so nice to give us pointers on how to clean efficiently and effectively. They worked so hard on our deep clean. The owner, William was also so very kind and friendly. We would definitely use them again!

Radiant Cleaning did an outstanding job with our move-out cleaning! Their team was professional, thorough, and arrived right on time. They paid attention to every detail - from scrubbing the baseboards to making sure all appliances sparkled. The house looked better than when we first moved in!

The communication was excellent throughout the process, and their pricing was very reasonable. Thanks to Radiant Cleaning, we got our full security deposit back without any issues. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing move-out cleaning services. Top-notch work!

William (owner) talked a lot about the outstanding services their company offered during our initial phone consultation. He also mentioned they take pride in their work and work hard to make customers happy. He advised that if there were any issues, to just let him know and they would make it right as everybody has bad days from time to time, but they value customers and want to do a great job.

The first clean they did for us was lacking. There is a very clear checklist on their website of what is included with a standard clean, but many of these tasks were altogether skipped. Trash bins weren’t emptied, dust remained on surfaces, toilets still had visible doody specks under the rim, etc. I left honest feedback through the receipt/email with the “let us know how we did” survey. After this, William did reach out via phone asking me what the issues were and I let him know. I also complimented the nice job the ladies did on sweeping and mopping as that was done well, I just had paid for the dusting and bathrooms to be done too. He reassured me that he would visit with the cleaners and make sure things were up to snuff for the next visit. There was an apology at this point from William but no mention of them coming to return and fix the job (even though that’s what listed on their website-see screenshot). I understand that first cleans can be a little tricky/be a bit more work so as long as things were made right the next time, that was fine by me.

The day of our second scheduled clean, I came home to again find that bathrooms and dusting were haphazardly done in some spots, and by the looks of it not even attempted in others. I sent videos and pictures to William via text and the response was a quick sorry and I’ll take you off the schedule text. Again, not a mention of coming to fix the job like their website claims or a partial refund due to the missed work. Not even a phone call to discuss.

I do understand that things happen and it won’t always be perfect. I just wish that William would’ve responded in the manner the website advertises about fixing mistakes.

I would invite you to look through my photos which were taken the same afternoon of our “clean” when I got home from work to see the problem areas. I would like to give credit where it is due-mopping and sweeping was done well on this 2nd visit, just again lots of issues with dusting and bathrooms seemingly skipped over altogether. I’ve also included a screen shot of the very brief response from William about the issues I had.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company and would caution you before considering them for a cleaning job.

For reference the price I paid was $211 for a 3 bed, 2 bath home. The two cleaners spent roughly 2 hours per clean.

I was very pleased with the cleaning results we received. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Due to unfortunate circumstances, our place had been neglected for a time. It was so refreshing to walk back into a spotless home. What a blessing.

They wouldn't give a quote for regular cleaning until after our first $545 "deep clean". The cleaning crew was supposed to arrive at 9. One came at 9:30, the other at 10, and both were done by 2:30 (including a well-deserved lunch break). Mopping, dusting, and bathrooms were fine, but apparently even a deep clean doesn't include changing linens, wiping mirrors, etc. When asked about dust bunnies under the edge of the couch during the final walk thru, they said even on a deep clean they don't clean under furniture, just mop around it. Still, the cleaners were very nice, and what they did would probably be worth $150ish for extra help every few weeks. Unfortunately, when we reached back out to see how much regular cleanings would be, we were told $255 biweekly or $395 monthly. For a 2200 sq ft house that a crew of two "deep cleaned" in 4 1/2 hours?? If he had told us those numbers up front, we could have saved everyone's time by starting with a different company.

Kelsey and her team did a clean on one of my rental properties, it was a complete wreck, eviction, if you rent you know how those go. After they cleaned I was finally willing to walk in. I honestly didn't expect it to be that good considering what it was, I was amazed. 10 stars if I could. Thank you William for sending your best.

Radiant Cleaners left my apartment looking and smelling great. Would definitely recommend. The cleaners were very thorough and professional. Brenda took great care of my bathroom just in time for my holiday guests arrival. I'm very satisfied with their services! 5 stars.

Brenda and Noemi came and cleaned our new home, and it was absolutely beautiful when they were done 🙌 The oven and stove looked brand new! They were thorough, quick, and communicated very well throughout the entire time they were here. They were also respectful of our space and very mindful that we have children and dogs, which I truly appreciated.
