Tried to make an appointment, the lady said it would be at least a month before they could come out.

Hebert id a great job installing an irrigation system for my new home. The work was done quickly and professionally.

Great job in at 9:00 out at 5:00. A lot less impact on the yard than expected. System is working as advertised!

New sod installed Friday, power surge Saturday night fried the old irrigation controller, John with Hebert returned my Sunday morning call and had someone out to install a new controller within hours. Without his help, the sod would have been dead by Sunday afternoon. Thanks John and company!

I have the most time to get things done on saturday, including contacting companies with questions about specific services. I contacted this company last week saturday, got the autoanswer and then nothing.

Hebert Irrigation exceeded my expectations in many ways! Courteous, professional and knowledgeable describe their approach. Joe and Tray were a "Dream Team." They breathed life into a discarded irrigation system replacing and upgrading 17 zones, over 50 sprinklers throughout 2 acres...THANK YOU!

AJ & Billy did an excellent job at our house in Port Aransas. They were on time, polite, competent and very thorough. I highly recommend Herbert!

I had the misfortune of having this company come to fix 3 broken sprinkler heads at my home. Their charge with labor was $300. I found this to be highway robbery on several counts.
1. They begin their labor costs at the they leave their shop, this was never mentioned to me when I called to make the appointment. Their shop is less than 6 minutes from my house. They called at 8:55 saying they were lost. They showed the start time of 8:45 so I was penalized for their poor navigation skills. Then to add insult to injury I was also charged for the time(15 minutes) they took to write up their bill. When I ask the young man who was here why I wasn’t charged accurately he said he only knew how to charge in 15 minute increments.

2. They charged me $40 for each of the heads they replaced. I found out after the fact that these cost about $3.50 each. That’s over 1300% mark up. I understand that they need to make a profit however that level of mark up is practically criminal.

A word to the wise ask lots of questions before you allow this company on your property. Better yet call someone else.

Hebert did a great job and even came back to fix some sprinkler heads by the garage that weren’t working properly and changed them to a drip line. They’re really attentive to everything. I’m impressed with how responsive they’ve been. They did a professional job.

I had an emergency when one of my sprinkler heads broke. It was in a difficult location where I could not take care of it myself. I called them about 30 minutes before closing on Labor Day weekend hoping against hope I could get them to help. I explained (begged) to the customer service rep my problem and asked if they could help me in Portland. She put me on hold, called Bill, who had been to my house on the original design of the system, and 10 minutes later he was on my driveway. Can you say "above and beyond the call of duty?"
These guys are the best. I'll never call anyone else!

I am very happy with the service provided by Hebert. I was having a new drive way put in and they ran into my irrigation. I called Hebert and they were booked. Ms. Shannon promised to find a way to get a crew to me and said she would call me back. I always worry a company won't call me back but within an hour she called me and said a crew was on the way. The technician was very good at his job and fixed us up and my concrete people were able to finish. Every other time I have used them, they always call me back and send someone out to take care of me in a timely manner. I recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Herbert Irrigation is top-notch!!! Not only do they do amazing work, but they also follow it up with impeccable and prompt customer service!

Had an unexpected spike in my water bill and Herbert Irrigation had two trucks at my house within the hour and they found that the landscaping company had not only poked holes in my drip line, but the landscaping company had also doubled the schedule to two hours a day vs one hour a day.l (as set 6 Herbert Irrigation)

Refused to do work on a system they installed themselves without looking and leaking issue.

Hebert Irrigation installed my sprinklers at the beginning of May and did a very good job. During this hot month, we saw dead spots in the lawn so we called them back. Some of the heads had sunk so the technicians ran the system and saw what needed to be changed. They did a fantastic job… Worth the tip they earned! They even said that they would come back in a week and see if the grass is greening up and if they needed to, change a couple more things. Now that’s great service.

Mark is fantastic to work with. Him and his team do great work and his prices were very reasonable. His quote for the original job I called him out for, which was one banana palm trimming, was less than half the price of one of his competitors. If you need tree work, don’t hesitate to call.

I called to have a tree cut down for my parents’s home. I was able to send a picture of the tree and get a rough estimate until they arrived an hour later to look at the tree. The estimate was fair and the service was needed so the sons stayed behind and did the job. They were hard working and thoughtful in their work. They told us when they left for lunch and when they came back, finished the job. They cleaned up the yard and did an excellent job in preserving the flowers that were around the tree which have sentimental value. The neighbors AND the mailman complimented us on the job they did. Highly recommend them!

We have used this company twice and we are so extremely satisfied with their knowledge and work. We needed our large oak tree trimmed away from the house as well as our mesquite tree. Explained the importance of cutting it if you were going to cut it and trim it up and clean it up based on the size of the trees. We needed them a third time I know they would be top on our list.

This is the third time we have used Mark's tree service and we couldn't be more pleased. We have four mature Live Oaks and three Red Oaks in our yard in the Morningside neighborhood, Corpus Christi, TX. Mark's crew, which included his son Noah, trimmed the seven trees plus a neighbor's Cottonwood that was hanging precariously over our detached garage. Everything looks great, and the price was reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend Kalbfleisch & Sons Tree Service.

Mark and his team did an amazing (and fast) job of uprooting, cutting down, and trimming several of the trees in our front and backyard. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond and accommodate my call. We would definitely recommend his services, and plan to use him in the future for any of our tree needs!
