The office staff and pool techs are very professional. They have excellent rates.
I had a pool pump emergency and they fixed it promptly and price was very fair.

They left my water running 3 times, raising my bill . Then they left pool dirty and said its because I needed cleaned twice week. I called and complained and was told they would not be charged. Heard nothing for 6 months and suddenly get letter charging me for 3 additional services and late fees. I am reporting them to BBB.

I am very happy with the services provided by this company, they came out very quickly and helped me get my pool back in swimming shape !! Their prices are very fair and their professionalism was something I haven't seen in a long time!

Cortez Pool Works has been cleaning my pool for a few months. I save about $30 to $40 per month. I'm very happy with the professional, family oriented, local provider.

I was quoted by New Wave Dave $1000 to fix a green pool. I thought that was way too expensive and decided to call someone else. I called Cortez Pool works and was charged hundreds less. It turned out to be a simple fix and not the ridiculous claim that had been previously suggested. A tech named Simon remedied my problem in a matter of days. I will be using these guys from now on and I suggest you all do too.

I recommend Cortez Pool Works to anyone who has a pool! The customer service and service cannot be beat. Not to mention they are reasonably priced. I searched and tried several other pool companies in the Corpus Christi area and none of them took care of us like Cortez Pool Works.

Had Simon from Cortez Pools come out to take a look at a leakage I had around the union for my salt cell. He fixed it fast and checked my levels at no charge. Added salt for me and a couple of other chemicals. Really good guy and very knowledgeable.💯

Cortez Pool Works has taken care of my pool for several months now. When our pool was renovated they went over and above during the start up which required extra care. They always notify me when they are on the way to service our pool. This is the best pool service I have found in this area and I strongly recommend them!
