Service was great. Technician was very good. Upholstery and area rug look great.

We have dogs and kids, and the stains on my couch were no match for Zerorez. After the initial cleaning, my wife noticed one spot, and Mark was happy to come back in and fix it. Great service, great results. Highly recommend.

I had ZeroRez my very large sectional. It looks fabulous and smells great. First they service Rockport which doesn’t always happen, second they stayed in touch the day of the appointment to let me know about their arrival timing and third the techs Mark and Chris were very pleasant and professional. They explained the cost breakdown before starting the job and were true to their word when they handed me the bill. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Great Customer Service from Angela in the office who is super friendly and knowledgeable to Mark, the technician that came to my house. Used Zeroez for a move out carpet clean and they did an excellent job. Easy to communicate, able to schedule quick, and reliable. Highly recommend their services. The technician was able to send me pictures after the cleaning to review since we were already out of town.

I was iffy about trying a new cleaner, but my old one had left our carpet too wet with our last cleaning. The result was water stains on our carpet. Looking for a better solution, decided to give Zerorez a try after doing some homework. Very happy with the two workers, Mark and Chris. They worked hard and got my carpet looking almost new again. They were pleasant and professional. Carpet was left slightly moist, which was so much dryer than the other cleaner method did. Price was comparable. Sorry, I didn't think to take pictures before the cleaning.

I used Zerorez for the first time to get the carpets cleaned at my office. We have 5 areas that were cleaned, with one section that sees the most foot traffic. The guys who showed up were prompt and very friendly, and presented themselves in a professional manner. They explained the process with us before they started work, and never made us feel like we were in their way. The carpets looked fantastic when they left and we were very satisfied with the results. After arriving back to work we noticed a few of the "problem areas" had reappeared and look dark again, however their crew came out the following day and worked out the two dark spots at no charge. Carpets look really good now. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality cleaning service in the Corpus Christi area. The process was simple from start to finish, and their staff was great.

Man we have had our carpet cleaned before by another company in the past where they left it wet and smelled like meldew for weeks. Not this company, not only did they get us in last minute in the same day but haa an amazing staff and crew as well. Came out inspected carpet, explained to be what was going to be getting done in detail for me to understand, offered me upgrades as well with no push or expectation..and man can I say the results were mind blowing amd out of this world. Carpet came out emaculent,clean, and white again and the gentleman that did the work took his time to make sure we were more than happy. 10 stars for both the company,staff,and crew. Had s rental property tile/grout cleaned. The renters had pets & the grout was almost black. It now looks gray the proper color and looks 100% better. They did a great job.

First off ...I have used very well known carpet cleaning companies for years ...the first one , Dirt free ,soaked my carpet so much and didn't extract the water and ot soaked up my walls about 5 inches ! So next ones , very famous , Stanley steamer , did the job just like dirt free but extracted more water ... neither of those companies cleaned my house full of 3 yr old carpet properly, was still brown , our carpet is thick and silver colors , very disappointing to say the least. Fast forward to today ... I have been seeing the new carpet cleaning company, ZEROREZ , and saw how they use their very updated equipment and process to properly clean and brighten my carpet ... I made the appointment for today and Mark the carpet technician , came in we talked about my needs and past history with other 2 companies , he went above and beyond, with adding the agitation part of carpet after first spray , and then got to work with the cleaning and proper removal of water ! He gave us plastic covers for our feet or shoes , until dry , we have all fans and heat on to dry even faster . He used the rake out the door and carpet is bright and silver !!! Yay !! I enjoyed telling him fishing stories and we made an immediate connection! We had our dogs out in car with my son and before Mark left he asked to see our babies ! I think he was impressed with our furbaies , especially Astrea our Chocolate merle chihuahua and our bird Mirli ! People , people, if you need your carpet cleaned .... don't waste your money or time with any other Carpet cleaners, call ZEROREZ 💯 RIGHT NOW ! MARK IS THE BEST !
