My previous pool service left me hanging just before a major holiday. He was supposed to get an electrician to work on the pump. We had company coming to swim and the pool was a wreck.

Amazing pool service at affordable price. Immediately sends text and email with photos of pool after cleaning it along with chemical reading and work performed. I just switched to Brads Pool Service this year because my regular person quit servicing my area and I can honestly say I am happy he no longer serviced my area. My pool has never looked so clean and clear. When pump isn’t on and water is still you cannot tell water is in pool.

I recently bought a house with a pool and have no idea how to work the pump. I came home and my filter had zero pressure even after manually priming the pump. I called Brad’s pool service and even though he is currently not servicing my area he was amazing at walking me through what to do over the phone and even offered to squeeze me into his schedule and come help me get my pump up and running! Called Brad to come out for a service. He helped me troubleshoot over the phone. Got it fixed. Not very often do you find a business that will help you out over the phone. Got the problem fixed with his patience and knowledge on the phone. He was professional, kind, and very good at explaining what I needed to know. He went above and beyond. I will definitely refer him to anyone needing pool repairs and I will always use him from here on out. He's a true honest business man.

Brad was servicing a pool behind our house and he noticed an issue that the current cleaning company had ignored. He contacted us through our ring camera and fixed the issue before the pool pump burned up. He literally saved us a few thousand dollars. Needless to say we switched our service to him immediately and was actually cheaper than what we were currently paying.
