I had 6 oriental rugs get soaked from hurricane Harvey. I wasnt sure if they could be saved. Rick and Julian did a fantastic job on them. They smell great and look even better. Wow, I can't believe how fun and professional these guys were! Not only did they clean my carpets, but they made my old chairs look NEW again. Super fast, cleaned up after themselves, excellent customer service!

Company troubled with bait and switch techniques; Beware. All I wanted was a non toxic carpet cleaning. I was supposed to get fresh clean carpet that my kids could crawl on. All I got was toxic service beginning with the technician and continuing through management all the way up to corporate. My carpet was left filthy, not clean. Promises to re-service the poor workmanship were not followed through. They baited and switched, then pretended they would fix; essentially a no-show to the fix. My carpet was finally cleaned after I hired another company. Dirt Free took my payment, and has not returned it despite my attempts to collect the debt they owe me. Terrible business practices. It happened to me. It could happen to you.

There was a misunderstanding when I scheduled the appointment to have my mom's vent & ducts cleaned. I was very frustrated with the messed and canceled the appointment. Joshua called me back later that afternoon apologized and offered to mke it right by doing the work free of charge for the inconvenience.

This shows me this is an upstanding company. They took their time and did an excellent job.

I will continue to use them for my mom and also my home & our church building .

They were on time, seemed to be in a hurry, rushed thru the whole house and now after the tile sealer has dried can see where they missed, tile looks great, grout quite a few missed areas. Carpets really do not look any cleaner to me. Plus one of them left a surprise in my upstairs toilet, don't mind them using it, would have preferred they flush when done! Tile cleaning was way too expensive for what they accomplished. After watching that part happen, I will do it myself the next time! 2 STARS is being generous!

Had Dirtfree out this morning and what a courteous and professional team. They did a thorough job but also knew we had a little one that would have to go down for a nap in a while so they were speedy. Our carpets look better than when we moved in and we will for sure use them again!

I need to edit my previous review. I would like to apologize to those who read the first review and used this company. I was not here at my home when the work was done. Yes, they kept me apprised however when I returned to my home I found they had ruined my appliances. They are supposed to use a shower cap like cover to cover the stove and dishwasher, well the technician did not. The chemicals used stained my appliances and I was not able to get them cleaned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They offered nothing to fix the situation. They did not offer to come and try to clean the appliances. They did not offer to refund the cost of the service. They were so unprofessional. I hope no one every uses them again.

My carpet looks great! I'm having a baby on thursday and wanted to get my carpets done before he came and they were very responsive! They came exactly when they said they would, helped move some of the furniture around since I couldn't, very fast and pretreated the stains. I loved that they took card so that was also convenient. And lastly he told me that they completely sterilize the carpet as well so even though its washed it's also sterile which is a huge bonus when I'm about to have a baby crawling around ok it ❤
