We are a local business and this company came out to give us a bid on tile floor cleaning, they cleaned a sample area, and the estimate was quite pricey but they claimed to be professionals and said that we would not have to worry about the quality of their work. We set and date and they arrived on time to perform work. The men that came to perform the work seemed to be in a very big rush to complete the job. They spend much of the time on their phones while working and were completed within 1.5 hours. When it came time to review their work and I stated that the floor did not look anything like the sample cleaning job, they took a firm stance that they spent a good amount of time cleaning the floor with their equipment and that they were not going to spend any more time to make it look like the sample area that they had cleaned.
I did not want to argue with them, as it seemed apparent that they were in a rush to go complete another job while being on the clock to perform my job.
Would not recommend this company for your cleaning needs.

We were very pleased with the cleaning of our sectional couch, 2 recliners and a rug. They all look great! The guys did a great job and we will certainly use Dirt Free Carpet & Tile again for sure.

This company is excellent. Customer service is timely, thorough and the people are very easy to work with. I had four area rugs cleaned (one was wool) and they look fabulous. They were in and out and I would recommend them highly. Thanks guys!

They promised services that they did not do. Fast drying $99 value coupon they will promise you can use ..does not exist. I was told that the fans don't even exist and that by the techs doing a second pass would be the same. My tech did not do a second pass and the carpets were left wet and dirty for days. This is the 2nd time they got me with the bait and switch. Never again!

A local "yellow" company completely destroyed my carpet. It was still dirty and developed ripples from all the water they had left behind. My rug was soaked for days & it wasn’t even clean. It just smelled like deodorizer, that what it was. I took a chance on Dirt Free when I saw them at a home and garden show and honestly I just felt like he couldn’t make it any worse. I’m sure glad I did, because they completely restored the color and all dirt was gone!!!! Our rug actually looked NEW again and it dried the same day and wasn’t soaked at all!!! I highly recommend Dirt Free. The money is absolutely worth the quality with this company! I will be calling you again soon to clean again. Thank you.

Ricky and his assistant did a good job. I Had them go after some pet and heavy traffic stains.
Carpet looks and smells really good.
My carpet looks better now then when another company came out the last time to do the same thing. Good work gents.

I called to get a quote on Thursday and they came out Friday to clean my staircase that had not been clean in 3yrs and they were nice enough to do a trial clean on my dirtiest stair and I seen progress immediately. And my dining room chairs are back like when i had purchased them and the price was well worth it. Thank you again! God bless

Had alot of pet urine in my carpet. My beloved terrier doesn't seem to want to go outside eventhough shes potty trained. These guys were friendly and not only got the smell out, THEY GOT THE STAINS OUT. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

Rick and his co-worker came out to service two bedrooms I needed cleaned. They made sure to call to inform me they were on their way, showed up, and went straight to work. Courteous and friendly, plus efficient and professional service is what I've come to experience with Dirt Free Carpet & Tile Cleaning. Rest assured, any issues that come up will be addressed promptly and corrected to the best of their ability. I chose this service because of the great reviews on line. The reason for the low stars is solely due to price.
The technician began over-selling, trying to get me to do stuff that wasn't needed. Then he gave me a bid for nearly $700 to do the job.
I do not have a large house. I allowed him to tack down ten feet of carpet which cost me $176.00 approximately. I'm sure I could have gotten this done for under $100, but he'd driven his truck to my home.
And I hired him to do part of the job because I couldn't afford to have the whole house done at his price. And because some relatives are coming who are allergic to cats.
However, luckily for me and not for him, he left the job for an emergency flooding somewhere else and didn't do any carpet cleaning. He went to the other job and was hospitalized due to the heat.
When he didn't show up, I wasn't called. So I called this company paid this company off and called another company who has worked for me before. I had to go through old receipts to figure out who the other company was. They ARE GREAT. They are going to do the whole house a third of the price he would have done my house for.
So--my complaint has nothing to do with quality of work or the people who answered the phone when I called the company, but solely to do with the price.

We have hired them twice to do our carpets and they have been amazing both times! Everyone in our office brings their animals to work and thus there are a lot of accidents on the rugs. Once these guys came through, the carpets looked almost new!
I highly recommend using these guys. They are in and out and do a fantastic job!

Rick and Abel were very professional and friendly. They explained everything thru the process and what I should do if I need to spot clean. The house looks and smells great & was done in a timely manner. Company very responsive when I called to book. Great job!!

Seriously impressed with how clean the carpets became! They weren't horrible in the first place, but it's been 5 years at least since they've been professionally cleaned. So it was time, and a new pet decided to make one spot their latrine. They used an overnight enzyme cleaner, and within hours of spraying that enzyme cleaner the stains were already lifting! Well worth the minimal extra cost if you have pets!
10/10, I would recommend and have them back out when it's time to clean the carpets again!

Rick and his crew were great! Very prompt and responsive to a short-notice job cleaning the terrazzo tile floors of a house to ready it for sale. Very professional and they performed a small demonstration on an area of the floor prior to starting to ensure that I would be satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone and we'll use them in the future for similar services. I even got several business cards from them for family and friends

These guys do a great job!

I've had these guys out for each of the past 2 years and they always do good work and are very courteous. They are organized, explain what they are going to do, and get it done in a timely manner. And their fees are very reasonable.

My couch was pretty dirty and now it looks brand new.

Will continue to use them in the future.

Very pleased with my appointment setup with Joshua. When his guy come to clean, he explained to us what he was going to do. We had moved furniture and placed it back so he could do the remaining area. Our carpet had not been cleaned in forever, smells n looks very clean. Rick did an excellent job at a reasonable cost! Will be a returning customer.

These guys are great. My mom's cat peed on her carpet so I had them come out. It smells A LOT better but I can still smell it. I called them back and they are sending someone out to do it again tomorrow. That's awesome! I don't find fault with their service, cat pee is a B to get out! I'm extremely thankful they offered to clean it again. They are also super affordable! The guys that came out were very informative and friendly, though I didn't care to hear the magic behind the scenes stuff , just that they got it done. Lol which they did and it was surprisingly fast. I'm a no nonsense kind of person and they got down to business and were in and out. I'm so glad I called.

I really like the way the company texted me promptly, and kept me informed of my appointment. The Workman were very friendly and helped me understand what they were doing before they started the work. They were very efficient, and I was surprised at how quickly they completed the work to steam clean my tile and clean a very dirty carpet. Four stars only because I would have liked the larger Furniture moved for the price that I paid for the cleaning.

The gentlemen who cleaned the carpet was very nice. As far as the cleaner they use and equipment I would definetly not recommend this company. I had three carpeted rooms to be cleaned. They were not that dirty but the chair imprints were still in carpet after he left and it took him 10 minutes to clean three rooms. Carpet does not look cleaned. Again, would not recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I did call and make a complaint they said someone would call me back they never did.
