Great professional service! We had our outside unit installed. They put a new pad under it, cleaned the area and hauled away the old unit. I highly recommend if you need AC service. I will be calling them back for future services.

We’ve always had a great experience when using Alpha A/C & Heating for our heating and cooling needs. They were able to extend the life of our old system three years before we eventually had to replace our inside and outside units.

Sam and Rick are very responsive on maintenance and service calls, usually getting to our home within a few hours.

The owner Sam came to my house for an estimate and he worked with me on the system and the price. His brother, Orlando, is the installer. He and his whole install crew did a very professional install. I got a complete system replacement, inside and outside, and they had the job done in about 4-5 hours. The cleaned as they worked and left no mess what so ever. Alpha A/C is now my one and only A/C contractor for future service. I highly recommend them.

I got a new ac unit installed buy Sam and his crew. They were extremely professional and answered all the questions I had during and after the install. I had a few issues after install so I called Sam and they came out the next day fixed the issues no question asked. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results and I highly recommend this company for anybody looking for a new unit or to get there ac serviced. I was happy how knowledgeable and professional the guys were who installed and came back out to fix the issues were.

Responded in a reasonable amount of time. Technician was polite, answered my questions and explained what he was doing. A/C has been operating well since that visit. We were very satisfied with the service we received.

Very disappointed, we’ve always used this company for many many years. Had them come out to check on a noise coming from the inside unit, the noise didn’t change the temp, it remained the same. They came out, said it needed to be cleaned due to dust & clean the outside unit. After they left the ac was still working fine, they returned took out the motor to clean it & clean inside the unit well when they were putting it back in it just happened to be that one of the wires came undone and now we need a whole new motor when before the motor was fine, never said anything about a loose wire & nothing was ever said the first time they came out. So of course we had to pay, now we have no ac & the guy has the nerve to say we’ll charge you what the store charges us, like really. You’re the one that broke it & now I’m stuck having to pay for it. Like I said we’ve used this company for years, now I know to have the owner come out & do the work & NOT the son in law.

I'll give these guys five stars and give more if I could! We use them whenever we have an issue, which is just maintenance. Our son was needing some A/C work done on his house and we told him to call Alpha. It started with the phone call which was friendly and helpful to the tech's who are
friendly and professional. Alpha was very easy to work with and had a good feeling about picking them. If you have work to be done give these guys a call!
