The gentleman arrived at the agreed hour and went right to work! They explained what they were going to do. They did a great job and got our A/C working. I am very grateful and highly recommend Alpha for their great service!

Sam & Josh were able to service and repair our A/C unit in a timely manner. They were able to obtain and install the parts needed quickly. Even with a very busy schedule and other issues they made time to take care of us. My family never had to be uncomfortable in our house. They made sure we had the warranty paper work registered. Offered payment options. Made sure everything was working correctly and cleaned up afterwards.

Alpha A/C is our go-to for anything A/C related. Ever since we found Sam and Rick, we haven’t called anyone else! The whole crew is great. They always respond quickly, they are professional, and are honest and fair. They have performed repairs on our old units, and when it was time, they handled installation of new units. About a year ago, a friend recommended Alpha for a quick repair on my aging system. They arrived quickly and did the fix at a very reasonable price.

A year later, it was time for a new system. I got two bids and went with Alpha. So glad I did. They take pride in their work. A new system install is a financial commitment, so it was very assuring to see this crew work diligently every step of the way.

I have used these guys at my house twice and again at my son’s house, which I pay for and he lives in for free, but that’s another issue. These guys are very reasonably priced, do exceptional work and they actually show up unlike so many contractors I’ve dealt with over the past few years. I’ve had them replace a furnace/A/C unit, move another one and install it correctly, saving me from having to replace it, put in an A/C Split to cool my garage which used to get up to 130 degrees and now stays at a comfortable 75 degrees. I’ve been using Alpha AC for 6 years now and I believe they are the most efficient and professional company that I’ve ever had. They are very reliable and prompt when I call them for servicing my AC/heating units. Very reasonable prices as well. Rick, Sam and Josh are the best at what they do. I highly recommend them for your residential and commercial needs.

I recently had an Air Conditioning company come and do a basic maintenance job for me. Upon completing the job they recommended that I was needing the coil and fan cleaned and that I had mold spores in my inside unit and that they could install an $800.00 UV Light to eliminate any mold issues down the road totaling almost $4000.00...Upon coming out to perform the work they then found a valve leaking at my outside unit...that is when things went sour...long story short...my valve was not leaking...the coil and fan did not need a cleaning...ALPHA A/C & Heating (Rick) are honest folks to have on your side.
