Outstanding Customer service with Amazing Results! Max and his team have always come through for the business community in the coastal bend!

In time of greatest need, Servpro Corpus Christi came to our assistance. They were in the Rio Grande Valley to assist our community during the March 2025 flood. Jimmy and his crew were punctual, professional and addressed all our concerns. They were able to work around our personal items and were careful while moving them around. After removing the items affected by the flood, they collected the debris and cleaned up afterwards. From the working crew to the business office, it was a pleasurable experience despite the unfortunate event.

Bad business. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Two Major Problems. Very simple problems could’ve been easily resolved. I never knew and never was told an estimate takes two days. I’m fine with an estimate taking two days, but I was not told. In fact I was given three major reasons to think they would start working immediately. First, ServePro wanted to come out for an extra $500 on the weekend. I guess to rip the wall out start the drying process. Water in the walls is urgent, no? Second reason, when they showed up, I was willing to listen to the price and get them started, but they still never said the estimate takes two days. I thought they were gonna start right away after giving me a price, but then they said they were leaving. I said oh my God you’re Leaving? He says it’s OK. We’re just right across the Harbor bridge, so naturally I thought they’ll just come back shortly, maybe they’re gonna have lunch or something . Third reason: From the very beginning NO ONE TOLD ME AN ESTIMATE TAKES TWO DAYS! I only figured it out on my own when the goof balls had said they were right across the bridge and when they never returned I called 2 other competitors telling them what ServePro did, and the competitors explained that two days for an estimate is standard procedure. Again that’s fine, but how silly not to tell the customer. Trust me, I’m a sharp enough guy and I communicate very well. These people don’t. 2ND PROBLEM: ServePro does not want to rebuild your walls they remove. That is perfectly okay with me -it wasn’t in the fine print of the contract that I glanced over as most customers do. MAJOR PROBLEM: They didn’t tell me they had no intention of replacing 15 feet of drywall. Instead, they left me guessing for a week. I called a few times and they said they’d get back with me. This is quite a shame. They simply could’ve told me they didn’t wanna do it. They wasted A LOT of my time. It’s just pathetically wrong, negligent.

Jimmy & Andre were amazing to work with! They were so kind and courteous, and they walked me through each step of the process and were very knowledgeable. They were also quick to get the repair process started after a major storm. 10/10 recommend!!

Jesse, the team leader, was very kind, considerate & neat. He took the time to answer all our questions, patiently & kept us informed of what to expect next. After removing our tile floors throughout the house, they went to great lengths to lay down plastic pathways so that we could get around in our home over the several weeks it would take to rebuild everything so our shoes would not be sticking to the old, strong tile glue. They were definitely very polite & service oriented.

Serv Pro has been absolutely fantastic in cleaning up after the fire in my home. The team arrived quickly and immediately got to work with professionalism and care, which really helped ease my stress during this difficult tim. The crew was respectful, thorough, and very efficient making sure to handle my home and belongings with great attention. I had a water leak that caused water damage to my bedrooms. Servpro was able to get there quickly and start the process of drying out my floors and walls. Jesse and his group were professional and they were able to dry up my walls and foundation completely with their equipment before any standing water caused more issues in my house. They went daily to check their equipment and moisture until the process was done.

Joanna Garcia was absolutely amazing! I'd give her 50 stars if I could. Definitely ask for her to be your lead. I'm a pretty picky person, and I can't think of a single service I've ever worked with that had a more attentive, compassionate, kind, efficient, and intelligent leader. She is worth her weight in gold several times over.

No Good. This is an expensive company. Also, they wanted to rip my kitchen out saying the drywall was wet besides the other drywall I hired them for. I said no, so they set up fans and dehumidifier and of course that dried it. So they're not to be trusted. They're gonna try to get more work from you by leveling false claims. Additionally, estimates, take 2 days. That's fine. PROBLEM: They didn't tell me. THEY HAVE ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Additionally, they didn't want to put the wall back together. That's fine. You don't want to put the wall back together, I can get someone else. PROBLEM: They didn't tell me! Instead they led me on for a week. Big waste of my time. Save your money and use another company.

Providing feedback on the service I received from Servpro. Specifically on Jimmy and Carlos. These guys were amazing. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. They were on site at our home within 12 hours from me contacting them for water Mitigation. They offered to come sooner if it was an emergency. They removed sheetrock, insulation, installed fans and dehumidifier, and placed sheathing over the ceiling opening. They cleaned and hauled off all of the destroyed materials.
