We just had these guys out to access the damage from a major leak. They were quick about getting everything set up to dry out the affected area. They answered every question I had and kept me updated on every single thing they needed to do. Every single employee that came to our house was friendly and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the coastal bend.

I thought this company was here to help me. I needed the floors removed from sewer back up. As well as one of the bathroom sinks. When I came home around 6 my ac would not turn on. I called them and was told “we didn’t touch the ac you’ll need to call your HVAC company” two houses later my AC randomly tuned on. Cool. Then before bed I noticed water coming out of the bathroom. There was a black pipe just pouring out with water. I again reached out to them and was told “you need to call a plumber. My whole bathroom was covered in water that was going through the wall to the guest bedroom. When the plumbers came, they saw that when the sink was removed the AC drain pipe was left to leak into nothing. Then when they came to remove the tape and staples off the brand new wall, damaging it with holes and ripped up paint, I was told I needed to have someone else fix their damage. I spent all night cleaning up the mess they made. Couldn’t go to work. So much unnecessary stress and they kept passing off their mistakes on someone else. Thanks SO much Brian and Issac. I really wish I wasn’t kind enough or trusting enough to pay you in full before the job was done and I was left with the mess. Lesson learned.

The Service Master team did an outstanding job on cleaning our AC ducts. They were on time, worked delingently, throughly cleaned the vents inside and out, and cleaned up behind themselves. I highly recommend their services to others.

I appreciated how transparent they were about the process and costs. No surprises, just solid work and great communication. I had previously used Servpro in Corpus Christi, and was not impressed.... long story. Thankfully, ServiceMaster Central went above and beyond for us. What could have been a huge disaster turned into a smooth process thanks to their team.
